Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. Orders are often mishandled or delayed, even when placed in advance. The staff lacks a sense of urgency and customer care — instead of providing efficient service, you’re asked to drive up, park, and come back around once they’re ready. There’s little attention to punctuality or communication, and it seems management has not prioritized proper training or accountability. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and workflow.

Why is Albertsons refusing to sell ivermectin OTC? The bill 1211 was signed by the governor of Idaho and is effective immediately. I was told by the pharmacist that Albertsons will refuse to abide with state law.

Tried to tell us our daughter that she couldn't pick up an ointment for her sibling because she needed to sign for it. However my daughter has picked up controlled substances before no issue. I signed for the medication and they tried to tell me it wasn't my signature but they didn't ask for my ID. Horrible customer service.

I honestly don’t know why they have so many bad reviews. They’re nice and quick. They helped me out when my insurance wasn’t active by letting me know how to save a bunch of money. I get text message notifications when I’m about to get a refill or it’s ready. They’re quick. I can’t complain.

BEWARE: After having excellent service for a while now, they apparently now have a pharmacist who seems to be PRACTICING MEDICINE WITHOUT A MEDICAL DEGREE. A pharmacist is NOT a medical doctor.
Even though I've been on a particular combination of Rx's for years, even being filled at this same pharmacy many times before, she has recently took it upon herself to not only to deny a recent REFILL, but to call my specialists' office who wrote the refill script, and ARGUE with them. My doctors' office called me incredulous that a pharmacist would challenge their authority on this.
I've been dealing with these particular medical issues for longer than she has even been alive and certainly know more about my medical needs than she knows. She is being paid to fill a prescription, offer advice if needed, but NOT to override a doctors decision when she knows NOTHING ABOUT, (nor wants to know) the patient.

Very slow! Poor customer service and rarely has the RX on hand making you wait extra days to get your rx. Definitely not what I am looking for in a pharmacy

The performance and professionalism of this pharmacy has declined over the last year. They're inability to fill prescriptions and send out some form of notification that they are not going to fill it and then being completely unapologetic about it is really disappointing.

Horrible. 3x they didn't have my Rx despite telling me it would be filled, and didn't tell me until I went to pick it up. Yet they have filled Rx I didn't need or request with a 90-day supply. I did not sign up for automatic refills. They even contacted my doctor to request a refill without my knowledge or consent and filled it for 3 months at a dosage I don't even use anymore. Then text me relentlessly to pick up Rx that I don't need and didn't order despite my request to cancel auto refill. The 90-day refill should only happen when the dosage is dialed in. Seems like they are trying to maximize insurance pay outs.

This pharmacy doesn't get near the respect they deserve. Not only in reading some of these reviews but, also witnessing first hand how rude and entitled people can be. It is honestly disappointing to see how often people can be so disrespectful. They are not your personal representative to solve your insurance problems. They are sent a prescription from your doctor. They fill it if they have it, answer any questions in regards to your medication, and relay to you what they are being told to charge you. Aside from that, yes, you just might have to put your gown up pants on an figure some things out on your own. Or, show some common respect and understanding. Kuna has experienced massive growth very quickly and I fully believe these technicians are doing their best. I show them respect and very much appreciate their work. I also understand that they are people too. Subject to bad days, being overwhelmed, and regularly dealing with childish, self entitled grown adults. Its funny how this works but, in showing them respect, appreciation, and a level of understanding. I get amazing customer service! They have always been helpful and willing to do what they can to take care of me and my family. This pharmacy to me is one of the reasons I love living in kuna. They are an amazing group of hard working technicians and I am super thankful to have them helping me.
