I have been going to the Kuna location for over 2 years now and love it there. Employees are very friendly, helpful and nice. They do a great job for the price. Thank you Great Clips.

Still going to the Kuna location and love it. The online check-in works fantastic. You can see exactly what the wait is and check in which saves your place in line. Have been using Layla to cut my hair and she is excellent. Finds out exactly what you need and want. Never had a bad experience there. On a 1-10 I give them a 15. Thank you to all the staff.

The stylist was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Her conversation was nice and didn’t feel intrusive on her part or mine. Oh by the way the haircut was spot on.

Been going to the location in Kuna since they opened. It is usually busy, but checking in on the App minimizes the wait. All of the stylist have been great.

Amanda is fantastic but Great Clips sucks! As a Veteran you give me a card for a free cut then I come in a few weeks later and it’s EXPIRED! Is this how you treat Veterans? And then i can’t make an appointment for who I want? You say all the people cut the same and should try them? What are you, socialist? You have a terrible policy! VETERANS BEWARE!

Got an excellent haircut by Joshua today! I have a crazy cowlick on the back of my head that he did an excellent job on. He works hard to get it cut like you want it with plenty of options! I hadn’t had a haircut in two months! ?
My last haircut was here too and the lady also did a great job but I don’t know her name. She’s the reason I returned.

Horrible haircut. Only was faded on one side?! Other side was completely shaved down-then the back was faded down? My husband is embarrassed to leave the house without a hat on. If this is your style of haircut, don’t come here.

Checked in online through their app, it said I was first in line with a wait time of 0 minutes, and when I get to the store they had deleted it claiming that I had not checked in. I've been using the online check in for years and have never had this happen. Others had checked in online when I got there, so I know it wasn't a tech issue.

Casie was terrible
Stylist: Casie did a terrible job on my son's haircut. She didn't get it wet or brush out the curls at all. She trimed the sides next to his ears only and didn't even do a good job on that. Very disappointed!
