“Genuinely pleasant retail experience. Every employee was friendly and helpful. I asked about an item I didnt see on the shelf and multiple employees helped find the item in the back and then got me a cart (it was heavy). 10/10. Will be back in the future!”

“I learned a good bit about the D&B's, Zamzows, and other hardware / general stores in the area this spring as i was looking for chicks and ducklings.I called at least ten stores to get schedules. And I have visited a few. This D&B is above and beyond for friendliness, being helpful on the phone, and in store, and for knowing what they have to offer for animals, food, and supplies.Best in the treasure valley for sure.”

“ProSource has one of the largest selections of flooring, tile and fixtures as well as all of the ancillary supplies like grout, edging, etc. in one place. If they don't have it in the local store they have a national network to source from. Staff there are helpful, knowledgeable and personable. If you have a home project/remodel/update then check this place out.”

“Shout out to Elyse in Paint! I arrived on a Friday evening with a thick stack of paint swatches (at least 20) I needed samples of for my daughter’s artistic detailing for her senior parking spot. It was easy to see Elyse had a handful of other projects and orders she was working on and still offered me some help. Even after seeing my stack of swatches, she was positive and willing to mix 20+ samples of colors for this senior year experience. Thank you, Elyse! I appreciate your help and positive customer service so much!”

“I went in on August 6 after not finding what I needed at another store 30m before close thinking it would be quick, but to my surprise everyone else was there to do what I was doing.... Getting paint for my senior to paint his parking spot! There was an associate with longer hair working with the assistant manager (whose name I did not get because I was overwhelmed and felt so bad they were so busy) who helped me with so much kindness and patience! I was so thankful for her and her amazing grace while helping myself and others who came AFTER me that were going to keep her very late after close! She worked fast and with a smile! I appreciate her so much! Thanks to her my son was able to have an experience I never got and I'm truly grateful for her. Please know you are seen and appreciated and Lowe's is very lucky to have such an amazing, dedicated employee who treats customers well and does a great job! Thank you so much!”
