“I have to give some huge kudos to the folks who work in this store especially in the paint Dept. We are having to get our house ready to go on the market on 8/5. I needed interior paint (25 gallons). The store in Nampa only had 7 gallons of what I needed so I called these folks and they took GREAT care of me. They were kind enough to pull the base color and have everything ready to go when I got there so all that needed to be done was to mix and pay. Tom and Theresa especially were awesome. Even when 3 out of the 5 refused to open they kept going until they managed to get it done. I would also like to say "Thank you" to Joe for loading my car.”
“I'm writing this after my first visit. I went in for a residential valve solenoid. The ended up recommending that I purchase the entire valve given the minimal extra cost as it would provide extra parts should the need arise. In fact, the entire valve actually cost LESS than the solenoid alone. VERY impressed.. I'll be back for sure!”

“I normally have terrible experience at Home Depot as I am new to the area. This was the most delightful Home Depot experience I've ever had. We originally went for dog kennels. However, we stumbled upon a beautiful light and a gentleman named Doug who worked there was pleasant enough and kind enough to give us a quick lesson on how to install this light he was very knowledgeable. He was kind .funny and relatable. Please give Doug an amazing raise!!!!He really does deserve it not only that but every single employee was super kind and knowledgeable.”

“Always clean! Staff is pretty friendly, of corse you'll always get the Typical employee who must be overworked and underpaid (customer service area) but for the most part this store has a great overall feel. Never crowded and shelves are always stocked.”
“All the employees have been so helpful with the exception of one of the managers who I've gotten a nasty vibe from on a couple occasions. But the employees are so nice that it totally makes up for it and I will definitely be frequenting this store, especially since I'm furnishing my new business with tools and supplies.”
