We have always experienced excellent customer service.Edited post: July 2023After using this location to do our 2020 taxes in 2021, we realized that the accountant forgot to check the box for our son being a student. We didn't get the credit for him, leading to an amended tax return. We didn't receive that refunded until mid 2022! Never again will we use h&r block.

Highly recommend H&R Block & especially Emily, the tax preparer, & Mandy, the office manager. Very competent & congenial. Our taxes were completed quickly & accurately. Just wish we had chosen H&R Block sooner!!! We will return next year!!!

We walked in with all our paperwork, they scanned it and made an appointment for the next day. We came in and our return was ready to file. After years of doing our taxes ourselves we are using H&R Block.
