The Kuna Les Schwab is great. I was having an issue with my tire and needed to go have it checked. They had me on the road with my tire fixed in about an hour. They fixed it and got me out, no one tried to sell me anything extra or anything like that. 100% will be back

Tire technician would not let me leave my semi truck running. I offered to detach my tractor from the trailer was told by technician no don't do that. It was 100° outside. I have a small dog who needs air conditioning when it's 100° plus outside. Been to all kinds of manners of Les Schwab tire locations never was told I could not disconnect my tractor from the trailer. Guy was kind of rude. But all the rest of the people at this location the employees were super super polite and super nice. Maybe this guy just had a really bad day and just I don't know what to say? Our trucking company has an account with Les Schwab at all the Les Schwab locations so I don't get it

I usually go to the 12th Ave store. Lately lead times have been over 4 hours and even with an appointment are constantly delayed. I came to Kuna didn't even have to get out of the truck and had my tire replaced in 15 minutes!! They saved our family weekend trip!!

My sister's tire was low on air, and we pulled into Kuna's Les Schwab, and they immediately checked it and found a screw in it! Matt was so kind to fix it for us! Always so kind & attentive & no charge!❤❤

This center is amazing and very pleasant to work with. I am back and forth between Hailey and Kuna and they Hailey branch was nearly impossible to work with, when I called the Kuna branch, they fit me in right away that same day. They called with updates. Finished early and were very nice and friendly to deal with. They over delivered in my opinion, and I would definitely recommend them.

If you are thinking about putting tires on, look no further. I have used Kuna Les Schwab for all of our tire needs including commercial lawn mower tires, truck tires, and camper trailer tires. Nick and his team made the process so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend going into Kuna Les Schwab!

Super disappointed in these guys. I took my truck in for tires and they called me days later to tell me they gave me the wrong size and they needed me to come in. No big deal at the time. Things happen. They also bid me for brakes. I take my truck in for brakes eventually and they order the parts. I drop my car off and Uber to work. They call me a day later and tell me they ordered the wrong parts and the parts were for an entirely different vehicle. Call me back again and tell me the price has DOUBLED and I won’t get the truck for a half week. Because when they did the inspection they didn’t pay enough attention at the time to notice the back brakes were bad too. So I’m spending double the money it’s taking three times longer than they said all because they weren’t paying attention. Just like when they put the wrong tires on. Something needs to be done with this management. Adding things onto a bill after neglect of doing the inspection right and then messing up the order is just bad business. I wouldn’t even mind paying the extra money if it had been done correct the first time and not wasted so much of my time.
