“I was impressed with the efficiency with which Merchants runs its communications with a possible new customer! The girls at the front desk were very specific in answering the many questions I had about the whole process! I would call them about specific items and they were always willing to shed light on whatever I needed to know! I felt very comfortable asking those ladies at the front desk anything I needed and always knew they would have a positive answer for me!The actual move was also a thing of beauty! The driver, *************************, was recommended to me by my daughters neighbor! **** was awesome from the beginning! He took charge talking to his two helpers about where, how, and what to start the process of moving the contents of my house onto the big truck! I liked that rubber mats were laid down on the stairs, and a path into every room! We didnt wear shoes in our house so I was very relieved to see the care they took to protect my carpet! **** and the two workers worked in sync with each other, never stopped working although talked among themselves but never stopped doing the actual work! There was a good possibility for snow on the route that **** was to take to my destination and found out that he made the decision to drive that same day and into that night to get over the mountain pass before the snow! So, **** worked 16 hours that day and made it to the destination late that night! That shows the seriousness that **** takes his job! **** was very respectful, easy to talk to and he worked as hard next to the two workers, maybe more as he did the paperwork , too!I would definitely recommend Merchants Moving Company to anybody who plans a move! You will be completely happy and completely satisfied!”

The delivery to my new home was quickly arranged and again timely. When my trailer was empty, Bill in the Arizona office was quick to arrange its removal from the street so my neighbors didn't have to manuver around it. “OFR did a fantastic job on my residential move. They had my entire house packed up and loaded by 11am, and were unloaded and done at my new house by 3pm! They helped me with odds and ends such as unmounting TV's, disconnecting my washer & dryer, letting me borrow their tools etc. Very kind & respectful workers. Will definitely be using them again!”
