if you are looking to purchase auto parts, do not buy from this location!!!!! the manager would not allow me to open a business account, something i have at every other auto parts house in town. i ordered 8 brand new injectors for a customers car, upon recieveing i recieved 7 new and one old used injector that someone left in the box. got it swapped out with a new one. after all this time waiting went to start my customers car, and one of those new injectors stuck open and hydrolocked my customers engine. it has now been 12 months since this and still can not get any help from napa. their rep sent my injectors to the wrong testing facility and after 6 monthes i have no update from anyone at napa. i am now in the process of taking them to court. youtube video will follow after this lawsuit is finished. do not buy from these guys, bad news all the way around. 12 monthes still haent refunded me for the injectors i ordered in febuary of 2023..... glad they can build a new warehouse for these guys while im out 1500 dollars for a year, and my customer is out a car for a year. great way to run a business let me tell you. i have full documentaion to validate my claims of the injector being stuck open so i will update this review with the findings of the ada county court house.

These guys are top-of-the-line, down to earth and actually care about the customer.I went to NAPA Kuna, thinking a battery needed replacement. Bryce a store manager tested my battery and showed me a terminal clamp wasn’t functioning properly. Then recommended a part that would solve the issue. They were happy to help me replace the part in the parking lot and saved me $150 on a battery I didn’t need.A+ customer service, knowledge and kindness.Thank you guys.

I purchased a battery from this store last spring and recently have been having issues with it keeping a charge. I took it to my mechanic and he checked it and told me that it had a bad cell and that it needed to be replaced, per the report that his Snapon machine printed out. He gave me a copy of the slip that showed that it needed replaced and told me to give it to the store I bought it from as he said they will try and tell me that the battery is fine so they don't have to warranty it. I took it in to get warrantied as it was less than a year old and sure enough, they used a different brand of machine and said that my battery was fine and they would not replace it. I have never had any issues with this store in the past and have tried shopping there whenever possible as I prefer to shop local but the customer service this time was severely lacking. I will no longer support a local business that doesn't take care of their local customers. I contacted the corporate Napa website on Monday and received a response that they would contact me within two business days. It is now Friday and crickets, apparently customer service is not important to them.

I didn't catch the man's name, but the guy working there was super helpful. I needed to change my battery and he let me borrow tools and answered a few questions I had. He apologized for not helping more, but he was the only on working. Anyhow, super friendly and helpful.
