“On Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day, Pharmacist Audrey was the “Pharmacy Queen!” I had thought that an Rx was on auto renewal so I threw the bottle away. A week later I realized that I still hadn’t received my prescription so I went in to the store to see what happened. I couldn’t remember the name of the medicine as I take about 10 different meds. Audrey went through ALL of my medication and finally found the right one I was missing. I kept apologizing for taking so much of her time and she just kept saying “That’s okay, customer service is what we’re here for!” But she really did go way beyond the call of duty! She gets a big gold star in my book! ⭐️”

“I'm giving 4 stars for an overall however the today was 1 star. Every time I walk into this location every single employee smiles or greets me in every department. Every is always friendly and fast. I feel like I have delt with every member of the pharmacy and never had a bad experience. Today I called about some refills and the gentleman in the pharmacy sounded completely annoyed he had to be on the phone with me and even more annoyed I asked questions. It was so bad I apologize for take up his time.”
“I honestly don’t know why they have so many bad reviews. They’re nice and quick. They helped me out when my insurance wasn’t active by letting me know how to save a bunch of money. I get text message notifications when I’m about to get a refill or it’s ready. They’re quick. I can’t complain.”
