My packages keep getting shoved in my mailbox until they are so wedged in there I can barely get them out! If they dont fit in the mailbox they just leave them sitting on the ground by the mailbox which sits right off the side of a busy road at the end of my driveway. They say my driveway is inaccessible because they have to back out . It isn't very long and very wide so the only problem is the driver . It is unacceptable that expensive packages are being left for anyone to take or to be damaged because of laziness. There is one mail lady that has no problem pulling into my driveway and backing out so it clearly isn't a rule that my driveway have a turn around area in order to get our packages . This is absurd!

I had an eBay package end up at this post office by mistake. We all know that USPS is really struggling with their operation right now, but because this location was relatively close to my work, I called them and the lady who answered my call was extremely helpful and got my package up to the front desk so I could pick it up when I went to lunch. Went there and was able to get it with no problem.

Foul delivery driver! she started screaming when amazon slightly blocked the mail box, he moved immediately but she still cussed him out as well as the neighborhood.

I've had to call the Kuna Post Office twice since moving to Kuna. Both experiences have been incredible! We have a cluster box and packages are delivered in the larger boxes so the delivery person leaves a key in your box to retrieve package. I had problems getting it open and called the Post Office thinking they'd correct it the next day. The fella was out to my house and hand delivered the package within 15 minutes of calling! It was amazing and as soon as I remember his name I'll edit my review! Thank you so much for your top notch customer service!

I usually don't like going to the post office, but I had to mail my mom some stuff she left during her visit. I went in on Saturday 6/22 and the man that was working (I didn't catch his name) was SO NICE and helpful. It was the best PO experience I've ever had. Thanks again!

For some reason my Amazon package is being shipped through USPS. They’ve “attempted” to deliver my package twice now and said that my driveway or door was not accessible two days in a row. There’s nothing inaccessible about my door or driveway, I actually had another package delivered the same day with no issues. I’ve tried calling and can’t get ahold of anyone there, so now I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get my package from them

Watch out for the very rude, grumpy lady working the front. I’ve never seen he before but she was extremely rude. Gave the gentleman in front of me a hard time and the other gentleman cashier was able to help him no problem. Denied me of a prepaid Amazon return because it was in manufactures box, LOL. I go in there often and most of them know me and would have had no issues helping me today. I wish I would have got her name.

For the third time.in a row I have ordered stuff for my at home.job and have been unable to work for over a month now because my supplies haven't been delivered. When I called it took hours to get through to an agent and then when I did they were extremely rude and mean. I had stuff left in parcel boxes (the bigger mail boxes of the apartment or neighborhood boxes) and they haven't left a key for me to be able to access it

To the lady who dropped off our mail at our door today, because we’ve been out of town the last week. I don’t appreciate you confronting my twelve year old daughter and scolding her about picking up the mail. I also don’t appreciate you pushing my door open and throwing my mail on the ground. You should be ashamed of yourself and your behavior. Treating a kid like that is disgusting.
