Lost my G mail, I stopped into the store (Linder and Dear Flat) in Kuna. António helped me out and got my mail going again, the small things we take for granted some times, when they stop working it can be a very unwanted feeling and you just want it fixed. Well with no appointment or advance notice Antonio fix the problem in about 2 1/2 minutes. It is so refreshing to experience this kind of professionalism. Thanks Antonio, much appreciated!

I had Parker and Antonio helping me today, they were friendly and helpful! They took care of my issue quickly and I was only there a few minutes and they were done. Would highly recommend this Verizon.

The store was clean and comfortable. Cade was a fountain of knowledge and answered all my questions with ease. I left happy and got the equipment I needed. Best Verizon store (or any mobile phone store for that matter) experience I’ve ever had.

Cade was terrible walked in to pay my bill. He had his feet kicked up on the desk. He then asked me to pay my bill on my phone even though I was in the store to do just that. He then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t not pay my bill even though I have at this location many times.I felt as though he was in a hurry to get back to doing nothing. He didn’t not want to help me or work with me and spent his whole time trying to get me out of the store without having to do any work.Very disappointed in that kind of behavior from someone getting paid to help customers

Honestly Cade was amazing he was so kind and honest with me about my bill and walked me through literally everything I was paying. Mark and cade were amazing and very helpful. They represented Verizon very well.

Cade was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my older models of Gizmo watches! He seemed very knowledgable and managed to help two other customers while still assisting me with a new line activation. Other Verizon stores are such a hassle. Highly recommend this location!

Wife and I walked in around 10:30. Two Verizon employees were helping 2 customers. We sat at the front desk next to associate and customer.We waited for 10 minutes for either representative to acknowledge we were there with any kind of greeting or we'll be right with you.No response. We walked out no response. Will not be back. Looking to upgrade phone. Won't do it in Kuna.

Wanted to return a product that was broken when I bought it but since it was past 30 days they gave me the hardest time. The only solution they gave me was to come back the next day to exchange it because they didn’t have the same product in stock. I came back, we tested the product, and it still didn’t work!! They are selling broken chargers and not refunding you for them. Manager Mark was completely unhelpful. Disappointed is an understatement.

I called ahead and asked if they could reset my phone I double checked the info and made sure it was the correct place and it was correct and they said they could and I went in and they said no we can’t now leave our store! Wow never been that disrespected like that before.

These guys are the BEST! Of all the Verizon stores I have been to in several states , this store has the smartest and most helpful employees, especially Cade!!I hope Verizon is smart enough to pay these folks what they are worth… which is LOTS$$$
