My experience with the pharmacy department was very bad here and I writing the review today because I was there today to pick up my prescription Thur the drive Thur and they told me that I didn't have one. I told them that I went to primary clinic. I went to the doctors on Friday and the tech that was there on Friday told me that it was there yet to come back in a hour so I came back in a hour they had my information and the lady that was there told me that they where out of stock and they where going to have some on Monday today is Monday and I went by there and gave them my info and they told me that I didn't have a prescription when I told the late when I was in the drive Thur the same thing that i'm writing here so I just want to let you know now that I will never get my Meds from there and I had to go back to the clinic here and I told them here and in there file it was sent to you all here.. I wasn't really happy here with the pharmacy tech when I was told by someone else that you are out of stock to come back on Monday Have a Great Day. To any proformance. I think the pharmacy needs to call the clinic and make sure that it was put in and not for me to call or go there let them know to make sure they send not my job here I'm just here to get better

On Tuesday, the day after Memorial Day, Pharmacist Audrey was the “Pharmacy Queen!” I had thought that an Rx was on auto renewal so I threw the bottle away. A week later I realized that I still hadn’t received my prescription so I went in to the store to see what happened. I couldn’t remember the name of the medicine as I take about 10 different meds. Audrey went through ALL of my medication and finally found the right one I was missing. I kept apologizing for taking so much of her time and she just kept saying “That’s okay, customer service is what we’re here for!” But she really did go way beyond the call of duty! She gets a big gold star in my book! ⭐️

Poor customer service!! They didn’t put the lids on right and my toddlers medicine leaked all over the bag. We went back to get it replaced and because they forgot the labels and instructions of use on it. They didn’t turn the speaker off so we heard them say that they won’t replace the medicine so they threw it in another bag…medicine bottles still sticky and half empty!! Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

I moved to kuna 3 years a agoI've had very bad experiences with them. Either they don't have it on stock and have to order it, taking up to 2 weeks to get it in and to top it off they don't bother to let you know of any up dates. They have the worst customer serviceve ive ever encountered. I never had any problems with caldwell walgreens.

We’ve lived in Kuna for a year now from Boise and every time I’ve called and spoken with Justine, the pharmacy technician, she is always so helpful and kind and never gets an attitude with the request being made. Thank you Justine for making it a little more tolerable to call in and deal with prescription refills and insurance, etc.
