“We loved our stay at the Home Hotel. Our room was very clean, and we loved the soaking tub with the water from the hot springs. The employees were amazing and greeted us by our first name every time we came through the lobby area. The brewery across the street had live music each night we were there which did not bother us but I could see how some people would find it bothersome as it was pretty loud. Just something to keep in mind for future guests that might not appreciate that. We can’t wait to return!”
“We’ve stayed at Lava Hillside Suites & Rooftop Bar several times now, and we absolutely love this place. It’s family-owned and operated, and you can really see the hard work and pride that goes into everything.
The rooms are spacious, well thought out, and great whether you’re traveling solo or with company. The rooftop bar has a great atmosphere and is always a highlight.
Shoutout to Cody behind the bar, he’s always friendly, welcoming, and a familiar face every time we visit. We also had a chance to meet the owners and their family, hardworking people who clearly care about their business. Cody, one of the owners I met the night we checked in, took great care of us and gave us a fantastic rate, which we really appreciate.
As a family-owned and operated business ourselves, we have a lot of respect for what they’re building here, it shows.
Highly recommend. We’ll definitely continue to come back and send others their way.”

We even got to sit out front and Cook some steaks. The hot pools are to died for. All around Lava was warm and down to earth folks.
