They come to your house without knowledge of your payments and when they threaten to repossess your items when you're only $60 behind and within 5 days of being behind, they threatened to hold and take your items. When I tried to tell Wayne that I was not behind in payments but the $60 payment from 5 days ago he had to look back at his paperwork and say oh yeah you're right. You should probably know the person's payment history before you come knocking at my door to threaten to take my stuff ???♀️ I will never finance through them again. And then he had the audacity to call me self-righteous and argue with me and disrespect me in front of my small children. Very unprofessional

I was purchasing a desktop computer,and I just never used it as I thought i would as I also have a laptop,so after 8 months,I called to return it,So make a long story short there is a guy who works there his name is Jeremy,I called to have them pro rate me my money back as I returned it on the 8 th I believe, well the rude guy Jeremy accused me of damaging the computer, leaving it on my porch,Which is all false Accusations,he was so unprofessional,laughing at me on the phone,pretty much saying I was Lying,I've never had a problem with Aaron's until this incident last week ,I am owed my pro rated remainder,I've never been treated so awful.....Doubt I'll ever go through Aaron's again,I've been a loyal customer, and never damaged any merchandise,maybe check with your warehouse people or during transportation of the return of merchandise..........

That place is filled with nice people. I called because of a payment delay on my side and Nick was so kind in reassuring me that no one is gonna be knocking on my door for a payment a couple days late. Every time I've talked to someone there I've been treated with the utmost respect!

I've had quite a ride with these folks but ultimately things worked out. To Derek and Jared, thank you for handling this. I can't leave Michael out either no matter my feelings. Thank you Michael. A team is a team...but please improve communication with each other and your customer. Tom and Brandon you guys rock! You guys were the best thru all of this. Best delivery guys ever. And Nick, thank you. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to get back to me the same day about my issue. I'm sure you all hate me and that's ok lol. But I give credit where credit is due no matter what.

They have a driver who sat and questioned a minor child about items that they know nothing about. Then sat there and told the kid if the items are in this house they will be walking in and taking them. My son told the guy he will not be coming into this house. Then proceed to try and get info from my kid and being totally rude, and all while I wasn't home. Yes, the driver asked my sons age and my son told them, so the driver knew he is a minor

I've ordered to have it canceled for item not in stock.. First if it's not in stock then it shouldn't be on the list of store available items. So I order again, now 5 days in and no phone call for delivery. I called all day yesterday and 3 times today and no body is even answering the phones. That's real nice and inconvenient.

Don't rent anything from Aaron's if you are unable to make a payment at some point in time during your agreement or like maybe a couple of payments during the month because you're in a hardship because either you lost your job or the economy's gone up too much because we went to Aaron's to make a payment on our washing machine and get it back since the manager said that they would hold it for us until my mom's payday so we can get the washing machine back and we only had to make a payment to get it back and we had the wash machine almost paid off and they proceeded to tell us that they had a few options for us and that we would not be able to get our washer back because as soon as it was returned it was sold and the manager Derek told us he would hold it and they don't supposedly hold anything so warning don't rent anything from him if you can't make a payment for a couple of payments during the month or however your agreement is because of whatever reason you may have good bad whatever it may be they are not a company that's six of their word and I hope management sees this
