You just lost two new customers. I realize the employee was by herself and she was helping another customer but, to stand there for 15 min and never be acknowledged with even so much as a smile is terrible. She could have told me she would be with me soon or how long I would have to wait before she could help me. But she said nothing, no acknowledgement at all. I am very patient but I won’t tolerate rudeness. I was excited to change over to you as our new provider but not any more. Sorry

Tra and Travis are absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. And OMG are their soft skills on point!Seriously, Tra was able to talk my daughter out of buying an awful phone that I couldn't convince her to not get, but he did.I feel like that is MY store. I'd rather drive the 80 miles to go see them than take care of business online or over the phone. They are that awesome.Even though I couldn't add the lines that I still need. They were very good about explaining the situation and making sure I understood what I need to do to improve my standing with AT&T.They are the best!

I appreciate the calm and professional customer service demonstrated by AT&T staff! Since Verizon unexpectedly (!) shutdown tower connection in outlying areas, our family had to transfer multiple phones, which was no easy task. Thankfully, Chris, Travis and Tra' made the process a lot less stressful. :)
