Worst experience at a auto body shop. Did 5k worth of work to my truck then when I got it back they completely missed a huge dent in the front fender, and used zip ties to place a trim piece.Frank who runs the shop was rude and pushy every time I spoke with him. After getting my truck back from them 3MONTHS AGO he informed me just last week, that there is still money owed on the truck none of which was disclosed to me upon pickup. Insisted I owe 1800 $ personally which is actually owed by my insurance Co. Frank and the auto body shop are a huge disappointment and I will never recommend or use again. Not even worth one star. ? Rude, impersonal, shady work, and a general bad attitude towards customers.Services: Painting

They missed that my trailer hitch was bent, the trailer light plug was bent and unusable, as well as one of the screws to my light benzle fell out about 2 weeks later. Seems once they have your money it's so long

very recently my mom and i hit a deer 330 miles from home. this car is clearly our only transportation, we took our car in and Frank gave it a once over free of charge just to keep us two women safe and assure us we could get home in one piece. his kindness and generosity went a very long way to ease our nerves after such an accident. frank was the only one kind enough to look at our car and help us get back home
