Big 5 Sporting Goods is a traditional sporting goods store with a wide variety of sporting and camping gear, athletic shoes, apparel, and equipment. The store is well stocked, well organized, and clean with ample parking. The staff is extremely great, helpful, attentive, friendly, and nice, with employees who know where everything is and provide excellent service. Prices are competitive with good email deals. Some reviews note occasional poor inventory control and turnover, but the overall shopping experience is pleasant and highly recommended.
Was my first time in the store. The customer service was top notch. Went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and I know I didn't make it easy. Super friendly the whole time I was there. Will definitely be going back.

Great shop. Nice employees. Stepped out of their moment of duty/stocking to help. ? Found the things we were looking for, even witnessed the helpfulness they gave to a customer that needed to order/rain-check an item. Good job training Big 5!
