Bob's Pet and Pond is the best pet store, with many calling it the best in the world. Customer service is outstanding and the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. They really care about the animals. The shop has a wide and large selection of fish and products, with a great variety of live food always available. They have supplies for many animals and what other stores do not carry. Prices can't be beat. It is a magical, cool place for all pet and pond needs, with a long history of excellent service where customers shop local and would never go anywhere else.
This is the BEST pet store!!! Customer service is outstanding! Kris (Chris) is so knowledgeable, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would not get my fresh water tank supplies anywhere else. Prices can't be beat!
