“I have never had such am amazing experience with a rental company. I flew in from salt Lake and my ride never showed up. I called the number that was posted at the counter at Hertz it was almost midnight fingers crossed I get an answer. Within 15 minutes Justin showed up and got me a car with the most amazing customer service, he was extremely kind had my car warming up as we went through the process of getting a car. The car was clean. I have been a loyal enterprise customer for years. Now because of the outstanding service and dedication from Justin I will now be a loyal Hertz customer. Thank you Justin for going above and beyond for me I'm the middle of the night and still treating me with respect and understand”
