“Love my New flooring. I was worried, as this was our first new floor we were having done. It did get postponed for a week, But we were thankful for that as we got to -10 and it snowed. Ihe job was set for 4-5 days, But was done in 3. Our sales person was Byrne, he was wonderful to work with. And Nevin was the installer, He did a wonderful job and the man is a very hard worker. “I had purchased Vinyl flooring for my house I had just purchased. The process was fun and very easy and fast. It was beautiful and I was happy. The Sales person at the time okayed for the installer to put over low profile carpet. Over time the floor started separating and popping up in places creating tripping hazards. It started to look horrible. I called Georgia Carpet works and spoke to Tom. He informed me that NO, the Sales person at the time should never have okayed to be installed over carpet. I asked if it could just be fixed. He told me he wanted to make it right and be done correctly by re-doing the entire flooring which meant to rip out the carpet as well. That was not what I was expecting at all!!! The new floor was installed today and it looks absolutely beautiful! I am so thankful and happy that they were willing to redo it!
