“Craig was great! Had a freezer that was perfect for Robb and I, we had shopped around and a smaller freezer was more money from the one guy that did call me back and seemed irritated at my call. If we wouldn't have gone to Largent's we would have had to go to Coeur d'Alene a 9 hour round trip. Instead we drove 2 hours to his shop, he had it in stock and was out in 10 mins. Great customer service, nice people. We will definitely be back for all of our appliances!”
“I went there to get my phone fixed because it was saying I needed to have my phone cleaned and then it would set off these alarms and things. So I went there and they turned it off for me. No questions asked. Just help me out cuz I don't know nothing about the cell phone. Anyway, that's my good deed. I like our T-Mobile station. Thank you”
“I took one of my guns there for a loan. Their interest is the same as any other place. I was leery because the building isn't the nicest I've seen but, it doesnt matter. It took me a few months to get them paid back. I've read negative reviews about the older guy w the long beard but, I found him to be very trustworthy and frankly, he helped me out by loaning more than the place down the street offered. I've only been in Idaho a year but, I will go back to Steve's if I need a loan again.”

“We just recently upgraded our phones/services with Verizon and had great service at this location! Kyle H helped us through the process of upgrading our phones, adding home internet (Which I will say has been awesome so far, money saving compared to the ridiculous price we were paying Sparklight, and speed is equally fast if not better), and adding a watch. Kyle was incredibly helpful, personable, and professional and made the process of this smooth and easy. He was also great with follow up after with making sure we got the promotions properly applied to our phones which I really appreciated. Have been a long time Verizon client and will continue to be after this experience. Definitely recommend this location and Kyle if you're needing to upgrade or switch from another carrier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
