I had an issue at this branch, and went and sat down with the manager Jessica, and was very impressed with her attention to what I was saying, addressing and resolving the issue, and also adding an additional feature to my account for future security.
I had an issue with a branch in Coeur d'alene, and it was not addressed as professional, anywhere near this. Great job Lewiston.”
