I am an existing customer and sent an inquiry to this company on 8/8/2023 asking for paperwork to fill out for pre-approval purpose on purchasing a home. My contact said she forwarded my information to the real estate group on 8/9/2023 and let me know they are very busy and if I did not hear anything in one week, to give them a call. One week went by with no further communication, so I called and was informed they are two weeks out due to being so busy, but someone would get back to me. Another week went by with no communication, so I called again on 8/25/2023 and was told the following: real estate group does not take phone calls, they are too busy, two weeks wait is not correct, it is longer, yes my information was passed to real estate group, no you can't speak to a manager as they are too busy, but Manager will call back. Then, after all of this, she proceeded to hand up on my. Again, no further communication so I called again on 8/29/2023 only to find out my information did not get passed along, nor did a Manager receive a notification to call me. I spoke with a Supervisor or Manager, and repeated my story, along with letting her know that due to their lack of response, we missed a possible opportunity to bid on the home we were looking at, as sale was pending two weeks ago. She was not very empathetic but said she would send paperwork to me that same day if I so wished. I asked her to proceed and gave her my email address and phone number. I have still not received paperwork, and at this point, give up. As a person who has been in customer service for over 25 years and manages a group of customer service representatives, it is truly unbelievable how this business treats their customers. If any of these people were my employee, they would have been written up or fired long ago. Think twice before doing business with this company. I would give ZERO star rating but we have to choose at least one star.

I got sick they work with me for quite a few months with my car payments hurt my credit score but that's more my fault than theirs still have the vehicle looking for another one through them also

If you bring in coin monies, they cannot help because "they're a loan facility only" yet they are a banking facility. Not very helpful unless you want a loan through them.

I am 20 years old and have been with FNWCU since I was 16. When I turned 18, I applied for a credit card through Tara and got approved. During that time I lived in Arizona so it was a matter of her reaching out to me since i couldn’t stop by and that she did amazing at. Ever since then she has known me by my name. She has helped me get two car loans through FNWCU, and has helped me increase my credit limit many times. If Tara is unavailable Felicity is always my backup. These ladies are amazing at making me feel like I matter, they care about what is happening in my life outside of banking, and they’re overall amazing ladies to work with. I cannot thank them enough for what they do. I cannot thank FNWCU enough for what they do for me!

I love the simplicity of the bill pay feature. Also when my credit card was compromised they notified me and I was able to get a new card the same day!

I love them. Got a loan with a not-so-high credit score, no problem. Bought a nice all electric Nissan Leaf ? car.Moving to Moscow and will not leave them, even without a branch..I still have an ATM at Walgreens on Main Street.

If you are looking to get a loan on commercial Real Estate I would look elsewhere. From day 1 trying to work with FNCU has been a huge disappointment. I should of known that when I spoke with the Loan officer who couldn't get me an email with the Loan application in it the same day that it wasn't going to be good. From that point on it was mostly a waiting game. We tried reaching out multiple times and didn't get a response for days from the loan officer. 18 days from start to finish is how long it took for the Loan office to tell me what I had been asking from the very start. By this time the CRE we were trying to get the loan on had already received an offer, counter offered and received and accepted another counter offer. We didn't even have a chance. I also called the Lewiston branch and left a voicemail with the branch manager and never got a call back. Most unprofessional credit union i have ever tried to deal with. Like I said in the beginning, if you are looking to get a loan I would look somewhere else. With todays market no one can wait 18 days.

One name: Kayce Rice. Absolutely amazing! This place is exponentially better than P1FCU. I have nothing but respect for this place as they assisted me with the purchase of a very nice travel trailer. P1FCU would only give a loan for 13k and the pay off amount was 19k. They wouldn't even look at the bells and whistles that came with it, because they were not relevant to the purchase, what?! I went over to Freedom NW and they offered 25k that included the bells and whistles. Although I took only what the payoff amount was. Kayce was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We hardly had to do anything but provide our info. She did all the leg work and was so pleasant during that process. I am seriously considering taking all of my business here based on this experience and that of others I have spoken to. I will definitely be back!

Went with Freedom Northwest for a home loan. I've never dealt with a bank that got things together in such a short time frame! I dealt with Kaylee and she was super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to doing more business with them!

My elderly parents have banked at Freedom NW in Lewiston for several years, along with other family members. Freedom NW has the kindest, most patient, customer orientated staff I’ve ever met at a bank. They treat my aging parents with dignity & respect even though they often needed info repeated (due to hard of hearing or forgetfulness) and make them feel like family. They always greet them by name, take all the time needed to answering questions, and always show they care! Always smiling and so helpful.Not only are they very helpful but the bank is always immaculate showing well cared for. Susan, in the Lewiston branch, always makes my parents feel like the king & queen of England & always gives excellent service (as does all their staff). They are accurate, helpful. thoughtful, caring and make service personable which is a rare find in customer service these days! They treat customers like family along with doing an excellent job of banking. They are prompt to respond to questions and implement updates. They treat customers with the best service possible!

Absolutely the poorest customer service. Not one single person in the loan office understands how to explain how interest and principle is applied to a loan. All the ladies are dressed in jeans and t shirts. What has happened to professional business attire.

Freedom Northwest has customer service better than any other bank/credit union I have ever worked with. I highly recommend putting them at the top of your list when you are searching for a new credit union or for a new loan.
