Their rotors lasted 20k miles. My original rotors lasted 140k miles. They charge a 2x price on parts and way too much on labor. Their communication is inconsistent in regards to needed work and warranties. Les Schwab isn’t what it used to be.

I got four new tires two summers ago. 20k miles later, they're too worn out to keep using. We spoke to a salesperson about how poorly this tire has performed. The salesperson admitted the tire was bad and everyone else that purchased it also reported this issue. They refuse to replace the product they know is faulty. Now I have to buy new tires after only getting a third of the life I should have out of these, but it won't be from Les Schwab.

The Main St. Les Scwab has much better customer service than the one on Thain Grade. Someone will greet you and ask how they can help within a minute of arrival. In my experience, the employees at the Thain Grade store are not customer centric at all. It is well worth the trip downtown for superior service.

A place where customer service still exists! I came to this Les Schwab with a similar problem I had at the South Hill location in Spokane. It was handled so much better here. I will be making the trip from Spokane just for the customer service experience down in Lewiston.

$100 for an oil change. Then they kept my truck for an extra hour just too recommend me something that “needs” to be replaced for an extra $200. Never going back

Les Schwab has always gone above and beyond. Went in to have a suspension issue checked. Service manager took the car out, brought it back a few minutes later and tells me "we fixed the problem" at no charge (loose bolt on a swingarm) could have soaked me for probably $3-400

Les Schwab use to be quite the sevice center, and their work ethic and customer service was unparalleled. Even though they were the highest priced for tires and most expensive work in the industry, they took care of customers, honored warranties, and kept client relationships at par with their service.Recently finding out that the product that they warranty has ridiculous limitations, their care for customers is profit based only and not willing to work with situations that put their product or company at fault. This is most unfortunate. As a business owner that outfits 5 work vehicles with two sets (winter and summer) of tires and his own personal vehicles the same, I was appalled when I came in to explain and show a failure of their product and ask for them to acknowledge the failure of the product and ask for them to work with me and receive a dimissal and a fully quoted pricebon replacement. Even when I did not ask for the repair of the body damage of my $70k truck that the tire cause when it exploded at 60 miles and hour after complete thread separation on a tire that had less than 5000 miles on it.Completely appalled by this..... I have only known of them to do better in these situations. From what I have heard... this is a continually downward slope that this company has been heading in the recent years. I am sad to see this....

I liked LS, but they're sending me on my way to Boise without a rotation and needing a tire.

Kudos to Tim back in the alignment shop. He was able to help me push off a center bearing from my Dodge Pickup. He made it very clear he could not put on the new bearing I brought along because it was not bought at the store. When he finished pushing off the old bearing, he told me how he would put the new one on. I thanked him and offered his some cash for his help on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM. He said he could not take it and would not take it. I want to commend him and let you know you have a very honest and helpful man working at your Lewiston Main Street Tire Center. Thank you again Tim for taking the time and assisting me. Today I bought 4 new tires for my pickup and having it aligned. Outstanding and honest service.

I called the store a half hour before closing because I forgot to get my tires rotated before a long trip to see if they could squeeze me in. Not only did they tell me to come on down, they stayed an extra half hour and even showed me where my ujoints were going out. When I called the other one they just told me I'd have to come in another time, even though I live closer to the one on Thain.

Bought 6 new tire for my Toy Hauler yesterday. When I picked it up they told me my spare was in the back of my pickup. They never put it back under the trailer. Not the Schwab of the old day. ?

If you want your worst nightmare as a driver to come true use this place. Apparently over working your staff is customary. You can have a car fixed quick or correctly but you can't have both. They are not testing vehicles after repairing brakes. This leads to improperly tightened calipers, and pads and wheels. Which causes calipers to pop off and cause the break pads to pop off and a wheel to loosen compromising the safety of the driver of the vehicle and the safety of every driver on the road. It's a matter of time before the lack of experience and over working and over booking of techs cost a life. Please do the community a favor and teach responsibility and safety by being proactive and not by showing what NOT to do by compromising safety. Wow just wow. I would be embarrassed that something like this came out of my driveway much less a shop that charges a thousand dollars to do this job. Those prices should indicate that you all know what you're doing and it's blantetly obvious you do not. Double and triple checking a brake job should be standard practices. IF IT'S DONE QUICK IT ISN'T GOONG YO BE RIGHT. BE SURE TO ASK HOW BOGGED DOWN YOUR TECH IS! The company should be being honest and saying we can't get to it today but that's not the responsibility they operate by. It's a shame none of those techs or even the manager understand what exact legal ramifications that they all could suffer if a driver or pedestrian loses their life over their negligence. BE Honest ABOUT YOUR SCHEDULE PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE AT STAKE.
