Les Schwab did a good job taking care of my truck’s brakes and some front end work. Their prices ended up being quite a bit more than what I was quoted. I challenged it but was told that the technician ran into problems and it took longer than normal. I didn’t have any luck talking about it so while they did a good job, I can’t say I recommend them for their pricing. A local shop may have been a better option as the quoted prices were similar and satisfaction guaranteed at the other shops too.

Wanna give a huge shoutout to Alex and Josh for getting me back on the road and running. Came in at almost closing with no way to get home and they got my pickup in and fixed the issues. Highly recommended and extremely knowledgeable. Ask for Alex or Josh.

I had been going to this location quite a bit because we have to constantly fill our back tire (cannot afford new wheels right now). When I came here a few weeks ago they said their outside air (2 of them) were not working and that I had to go inside and give them my keys. They would take it into a bay. So, I find it hard to believe they are still not working!!! I'm here today and no one has came out to help me. I've been waiting for 30+ minutes. Last time I went to the downtown location and walked in and they said, no...all you have to do is nose up in a bay and someone will help. I told them about the orchards and they were surprised. The last time I went nose up in their bay, they got upset in the orchards. I do not recommend going to this location and just save yourself some hassle and go to the downtown location. Much better help there.

Waited 3 hours to fix a flat,when I picked it up the tire was thrown in the back still had the donut mounted. Should've went somewhere else.

I bought new tires and I had a flat less than two months and they would not come change it because it was to cold for the guys! I was less than a mile from the shop and was told to call a tow truck! What a joke. Last set I buy from them.

I called to have tires installed in my vehicle inspected for the winter. I have been using Les Schwab for years. I will no longer be using them due to the fact that I was just told that they will not be serving customers unless they are buying tires directly from them Which is very unfortunate because I have paid them for their services for years. I have an account which I will be closing now because they cannot provide the services that they advertise to a decade long Customer because I chose to not pay an extra $500 for a set of tires through them , I’m sure every other tire shop in town would love the extra business. So just an FYI if anybody’s looking to get tires mounted this winter, Les Schwab will not be doing them so I would not waste your time. You will be hung up on.

So very helpful! Had a tire emergency and they were able to get me in the next day. Free inspection and incredibly reasonable price for parts and services. Very happy.

I sat in the lobby for two hours while waiting for my tires to get swapped out. (A phone call the prior day assured me id get right in if i was there bright and early) During this time i was able to hear all of the interactions at the front counter and observed that one of the employees; "Jared" was generally rude and unprofessional with the majority of this interactions. Shortly after the two hour mark of waiting i decided to ask when they would be getting to my tires. Jared in so many words informed me that my tires were not important and that i very well may be waiting an additional 3 hours. I took my wheels and tires to be swapped out to the Moscow location instead (Hunter was awesome). Some communication, courtesy and professionalism would go a long way at the orchards location.
