LCCU has been amazing. After my bankruptcy they were the first to go out on a limb and give me a loan. My special thanks goes out to Ashley Hart. She has been amazing to work with. If I have a question she answers it. Thankyou so much Ashley. You should get a raise. Thankyou for all your help.

We got a HELOC through them early this summer. As we used the money they did not and have not billed us each month, and or given us statements. As the payment increased we had no update or any correspondence whatsoever. No emails, not paper, no phone calls. Most of the time you can’t get them on the phone. They turned us in to credit monitoring for a late payment in December and dinked our credit 70 points! Now, even though we have “caught up” and payed this months as well I got a notification from credit karma saying we are 60 days late!! I’m turning them in to the consumer finacial protection agency as they have destroyed my perfect credit of over 20 years.Update. We had to go down from Potlatch to meet with the branch president and they realized that we had indeed not been billed, we then had to file disputes on 3 credit bureaus and LCCU resolved it on there end.

They need to add the option to deposit cash into the atm like most other banks. Its very inconvenient when I need to add cash on the weekends and I don’t have the option to do so.

They will tell you that they got something done for you and it won't be done. This will definitely eat up your time having an account here and add stress. The after hours number can't help you either.

I called and they can’t even help me log in to my account. I provided all of my information and still cannot help me. The way the questions are set up to be asked to a customer should be changed. There more effective questions for security reasons than being asked questions that you can’t even answer. They told me either call back so the questions are refreshed and have different questions.

This used to be a reputable institution; they now ignore their customer's calls, lie to their customers, verbally abuse their clients, and don't honor agreements made with their own customers. I used to enjoy working with them and I knew I could count on their commitment to service, but no longer. You're far better off working with an institution elsewhere and not wasting money on these con artists.

This place is awful. I had my account closed for no reason and the branch manager told me to take them to court . I went in the bank yesterday to get my kid some money so he could eat. I was told I had no money and they closed the account. I also needed money to get a bus ride home. Since I had no money I collapsed outside and had to wait for help to arrive. Oh yah they gave us warm water to help us. I did mention a medical condition so I think they tried to murder me

Have never encountered a kind receptionist at this credit union. Have been hung up on by them multiple times and greeted with awful customer service.Really disappointed in my experience despite my reoccurring appearance.

I will never ever recommend LCCU every again in my life. After being a member for 10 years and all our banking and loans being done through them, my husband and I have never been treated so horribly. Yes we will take 50% of the blame, but when you call to talk to certain people and you leave several voicemails and when you finally get ahold of them they admit that they don't even look at the voicemail. Or just lie about calling and leaving messages not knowing that the one number you called has no voicemail and you had other numbers to use but never did. Also you refused to take money but rather repossess our pickup and then tell us we can't have it back! Let me just tell you Karma will come around and I pray that sometime you walk in our shoes instead of walking high and mighty I also pray that you never treat another customer like you did us.

Don't bank here and dont get the overdraft protection it's a joke and definitely don't try to get a loan if you have no credit. So I went to get a loan for a truck which was a great deal and I had 5500 going down. The loan agent told me to find something cheaper that's not as reliable as the one I found. And I have been banking with them when the bought out Clearwater credit union which Clearwater was the best but sense they switch to lccu you I have not been happy. I had the overdraft protection on my account and it was supposed to pull from my savings first it was pull for the overdraft loan insted and then they told me it would hurt my credit but because of that running high it has hurt my credit. They also never answer their phones I'm always on hold for more then 30mins so please don't bank here it's a joke.

We've been struggling to make our payments on time, no one has called me back, collections hasn't answered, I left several voicemails before and still nothing, would not recommend for loans.

LCCU is the best! The staff are all amazing and friendly. We never have any issues. If you are looking to get a loan Michelle Hansen is the gal to see. Seriously she's amazing! Not only do they have amazing customer service but what they do for this valley is incredible. Thank you, LCCU for always being there.
