I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for a loved one's birthday to be delivered three days prior to the event. What arrived is a very inexpertly arranged and very small vase of flowers. I called for a refund and was assured by 1-800-FLOWERS that another arrangement would arrive the next day. I told them that if they needed two extra days to take it, but be sure that it is done well. They never arrived. The only thing I can think of is that the local guy didn't think I was in town as my phone number is from another state. Don't ever trust this guy to do the right thing.

LW shipped out flowers with significant damage for our wedding. They were completely unusable resulting in us scrambling to buy replacements one day before the wedding. Because we did not contact them for a refund within 24 hours of shipment they are refusing to refund the money for the damaged, unusable flowers. Please tell me how reasonable it is to expect someone to take time out of wedding preparations one day before it is set to occur to stop and call a company regarding an order??

Lw flowers does not pay their growers/ floral suppliers. They have a account that is past due by more than 90 days. They do not return phone calls or emails. Horrible way to do business
