I broke down today at a gas station at 7 am and I called my service rep at Honda and after I told him what the car was doing he said he would send someone to see if they could help before getting a tow truck. They came in record time didn’t have the correct way to jump my very dead battery so the young man went to his home and got jumper cables came back and gave me a jump getting my car started . They went beyond and then some to help out a very embarrassed lady stuck at the gas pump. Drove directly to the dealership and with in a hour was on my way to work.Thank you so much Mick McClure Honda you will always have my business. You went out of the way to help me out and I cannot thank you enough !

I have to say even though I had to drive there from Pullman (45 min drive, beautiful and scenic), but the end result was very satisfactory. As soon as I jumped back in the car and pushed the race pedal, I felt a huge difference in before and after. They recommended me several 60K miles service checks after a point inspection and then I went for all of those. There is an incredible driving experience improvement. I guess the guys have done a great job! I got this car 4 weeks ago from Toyota of Pullman and I was shocked that so many things were needed to be done for this one. Not quite happy with TOP, but am happy to have this HONDA dealership 40 minutes away. For the first time I am enjoying driving this HONDA CRV 2020, as it is meant to.

Went to the service department today to get my AC fixed, and boy I tell ya, the service advisors were super knowledgeable and super personable. Explained the repair from worst the best possible outcome. Shout out to both Josh and Aaron for being so awesome! Plus they washed my car free of charge! 10/10 job y’all! Keep up the great work!

I see this place generally gets good reviews. Maybe I'm just unlucky. I've taken my car to this service department three times. The first time was OK. The second time I left because it was the height of the pandemic, and I am immune compromised. They refused to wear masks. I guess they care more about my car than my health. The latest visit was for a valve cover gasket and valve adjustment. The car was running well. I had just found a little oil on my 2nd cylinder sparkplug. I was told voluntarily by Josh that cam shaft damage was "common" in my 2011 Civic SI. and could cost $2000 more. I was perplexed at this gratuitous mention of something that might not even be an issue especially as there were no signs of cam damage in the car's performance. I left my car and went home and Googled this. After and hour of reading, I found no mention of cam shaft damage as a common problem for the Civic SI. I texted the service department with concerns, but got no reply. I called to try to speak to the mechanic to clarify my concerns, but was told that I could not talk to him as a matter of policy. I was also told that I was never told it was a "common problem". Yes, I was. I will not be gaslighted. I know what I was told. I just wanted clarification about the work to be done, but I was treated like anything but a valued customer. I cancelled my service appointment. When I got the car home, I found that they had not reconnected a vacuum hose, there were two missing plastic fasteners, and my heat shield was missing a 9mm bolt. I gave them two stars rather than zero or one because of my first visit, because they didn't charge me for cancelling my appointment, and because they gave me the opportunity and motivation to learn how to do this myself. Luckily, it's the age of You Tube. It wasn't even that hard. Thanks Mick McClure Honda for the new skill free of charge. What was going to cost me $450 (potentially $2500) only cost me $44 and about 6 hours. There was ware, but no major damage to the cams. And don't worry Josh. I will honor your rather rude, unprofessional request. I won't be back ever. I'll buy and service my Hondas in Spokane. I've never had a problem there. The longer trip is definitely worth the better service, or I'll just do it myself.

I know they have good reviews and that was why I had been servicing my car with them for 2 years before I stopped doing business with them. My review is for the service department. The issue occurred when after I serviced my car for a fuel pump recall. I noticed that they forgot to put a few screws back on right after the service when I arrived home. I had to bring the car back a week after because I need to drive about 1 hour to get there.I didn't even notice they forgot to put the carpet back either until I cleaned the mats a few months later! I assume no one would look down there to check their carpet often. What annoyed me was that they did not admit that it was caused by them. I know it has been some time but I never ever brought my car to other places or touched the carpet myself. I bought my brand new Fit in 2019 and only serviced it at Honda certified dealership because I trusted them. The service department at Mick McClure was the only place where people would do anything to my car besides myself. It became more ridiculous that they tried to charge me for putting missing parts (carpet and a plastic piece) back on. When I argued that those parts went missing after I serviced my car there, they said that it was either by me or someone else. Why would I take those parts off to put myself at risk? This made me questioning about what they actually did to my car during the service. It is so sketchy and shady! I had to fight with the manager hard as he argued the missing part under the steering wheel to my customization of an in-car camera which is on the ceiling. Hey man, tell me why would you ever touch something under your feet if you only need to work on things over your head? Anyways, he was trying to blame those missing parts on me. I now really regretted that I put so much trust on them. So my advice is to always always CAREFULLY check your car after it is serviced! I have trust issues with them so I will not come back for any business. They certainly could make it better by being more careful with the service and being honest with customers.

2014 Pilot Transmission started shifting hard towards the end of our cross Washington trip to Pullman on a late Friday evening.Found online that McClure Honda had Saturday Service Hours so headed to Lewiston in the morning to see if we could get some help.Only one tech on duty and they weren’t sure they could fit us in, but they got under the hood and found the transmission fluid was low & brown. They didn’t want us driving another 400 miles without a triple flush, so they took the car.Five hours later the work was done!Great communication throughout. And they even washed the bugs off our grill (well, they washed the whole car!)Drove back across the state at the end of the weekend and all is good.HUGE thanks to Service Advisor Josh and the entire McClure Service Crew who knew we’d be way worse off without timely repair and fit us in.Highly recommend the positive service team at McClure Honda!

This place is great! We traveled from Montana to buy a truck from them and they made the purchase super easy. Kelly, our sales person was very quick to reply and kept me up to date at every step. They also had a perfect play area for my toddler and even played ball with her in the showroom.

First off this is by far one of the most honest and nicest dealerships I’ve EVER bought from! I live in Boise about 300 miles from this dealership. I tried purchasing a 2023 Honda CRV from the 2 Honda dealerships down here and they were your typical crooks that play games and waste your time. I decided to broaden the search and found Mick McClure Honda. Let me tell it it was worth the drive and more! I had already worked out my trade and all the numbers before I drove up there. No games just what we had talked about. I was in and out of the dealership in half an hour max! It may be because most of the dealership is family owned and it shows. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. Not to mention I get home today and have a thank you card and a thank you gift on my doorstep from them. Thank you Jason and Casey for the awesome car buying experience. You’ll see me again maybe to trade in my F150 down the road ? Keep up the awesome work especially by setting your dealership way above the other Honda dealers here in Idaho.

We brought our van into get some safety recalls and have our sliding doors looked at since they were working poorly. never quoted us the cost of diagnosis before looking at the doors. Never received an Itemized revision or full explanation of the doors. They just stated my door was inoperable and that it needed center rollers and rear latch replaced. was not satisfied with this description and then they hit us with "That'll be $145" also had the gall to drain my brand new battery while the vehicle was in their care and tried to sell my wife a new one. I wish they would have been more transparent and more descriptive. seems lazy and greedy would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. 0/10

I have only ever had my services done here and never purchased a vehicle from them directly but they have an excellent service department.
