“I have been using Rite Aid pharmacy ever since I stopped using Walgreens due to how they treated my mother at Walgreens. From day one until now, Rite Aid has been absolutely amazing. Today, I have to give them major kudos for what they did for me. Like most people, I went into Rite Aid to pick up some prescriptions and ended up finding extra items along the way. Due to recently having back surgery, I am unable to lift certain items. The people in the pharmacy stepped up without even asking if I needed help. I grabbed my stuff and they brought it to my car. Not only is that outstanding customer service, it is above and beyond. I also watched the pharmacist come out from behind the counter and help a customer who was having a hard time. Seeing the compassion that this pharmacist has for customers is phenomenal.
