“Easily the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. They made everything extremely quick and simple. Other places in town seem to be bothered when you need a rental, but this location was more than happy to have us as customers!”

“The customer service was friendly and helpful. They are not open on the weekends but if you rent a truck that needs to be used on the weekend, you can pick up the key early and come get the truck when you need it.”
“I recently rented a Uhaul from the SCI location. The Uhaul experience (as in the company itself) wasn't pleasant. The people who work at SCI are great! There polite and friendly, and the lady that works there is sweet! I left a 1 star review on the Uhaul app because it was meant for Uhaul, not SCI.”
“Booked through Costco and Chris was extremely helpful. Everything was seamless. Booked a full size car, they didn't happen to have one the morning of my reservation so they offered an upgrade but ended up getting a full size car before I got there and I decided to take that one because I wanted the fuel mileage, NOT because they took the upgrade away. The communication was top notch and had the car ready and cleaned. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He went over everything and explained every charge and guidelines. I booked it for 2.5 days and ended up coming back a day early, They only charged me for the time I had my car which was awesome instead of charging me for the whole reservation time like other rental agencies have done. Will definitely be booking with them again!”

“I am the owner of MCSA Compliance Consultants located in Boise, Idaho. I have been asking my drivers to give me some names of repair shops they have stopped at while on the road operating. I received a positive review for Rush Truck Center - Lewiston and their interaction with Josh was great. I plan on referring Rush Truck when my drivers need support while on the road. Thanks for getting my driver back on the road!”
