“Excellent service. Extremely clean units. We stored all our Household goods for 4 months here. I always felt our stuff was secure and safe. I was able to rent and return our units over the phone with a quick phone call. We got lucky to find they had a second unit available the same day we needed it. Don’t go anywhere else! You won’t be disappointed.”
“Cam has treated me like family with Excellent service and kindness anyone has a storage unit somewhere else should really look into going to 16th Avenue storage.10 stars”
“The nicest staff ever. It's gated all the way around, they keep the grounds very clean, the units are nicely built, have high ceilings and most importantly has a light in it.(At least my unit anyway).”
“I’ve been renting from Axess Storage, in both Moscow and Lewiston, for a year. The staff are professional, flexible, communicative, and incredibly helpful. They made renting a breeze, even while transferring units in the middle of a month.”
“I’ve been renting from them for quite a few years at multiple locations. Their units are always secure and well taken care of. The guys that run it are super nice. I highly recommend! If they’re full it’s worth getting on a waiting list to get a unit with them!”

“I checked around before renting a unit here & the price was very reasonable for the size of the unit. Staff was very friendly & I had no issues while renting there. That being said it was only for a month but would definitely use this facility again if I had to.”
