So pissed with Lewiston, Idaho ups office!!! They have had my package since January 12th and keep citing severe weather circumstances for not delivering it. Some of those days I understand. But last Friday and yesterday were inexcusable. I know, because I was able to in and out of my neighborhood with NO problems. It still remains to be seen what happens today. I have tried their 800 number and am unable to get past their robot operator. Grrrrr

I'm 44 years old and disabled, I was alone I depend on Amazon and Walmart to deliver packages, to me pretty much daily. I don't know what it's like at other locations but if you have to deal with their customer service you're going to pay for it. I just got off the phone this morning complaining on the service for the past 3 months. I've had customer service agents lied to me that they set up a pickup for the following day and that they'll escalated my case, and have a supervisor call me. All lies. But anyway I called today to complain about the their dishonest employees ways. She told me she would email some info to me and it will take about 90 minutes to get it. that was at 7:00 in the morning today it's currently a quarter to noon. So, that's it. If I have to depend on the UPS for my prime I think you're both going to lose my business. The reason? Dishonest Indian call centers. Half the time the same people to help you during the day are since the same people that clock out of that job and go crawl across the hall and and clock into their other job, lock your up your computer remotely, and then 'take your call' and pretend they're from Microsoft or geek squad. And the only way they can unlock your computer is if you give them an exorbitant amount of money via gift card. And all cuz these companies want to save a few cents on employees. YOU HAVE TO DO BETTA SENATA! Lost my business forever

So far this place deserves less than one star. We dropped off a package in the dropbox on April 14, 2022. It hasn't been scanned or delivered. So either it is lost there or it was stolen by whomever emptied the dropbox. It was addressed to Verizon and was a trade-in Iphone so we are now out over $400. They don't return phone calls and we can't even file a claim because they say they never even received it. So beware of poor customer service, dishonest employees, or maybe just a disorganized warehouse. Wish someone there would care enough to respond to us.

Employees are super nice and very helpful.The hours to drop off packages really need to be adjusted 12-4 is not a very accommodating time frame. Also, the entry door needs some work. You finally get the door open and try to go through with your packages, and it slams on you. I've been injured several times by that door

Jacqueline Roy is the best I have never been to a UPS drop off point with as good a service and there's still detail as there is here it is the best I have ever been to anywhere in America and also the cleanest

Been waiting a couple of weeks for replacement solar generator (we live off grid) ups just sent notice they are returning to sender!!! WTHTrying to get info from a computer as to why, is not possible!! Called 800 # and got a foreigner and she hung up on me after saying ups did not attempt to deliver!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A NO STAR!!!!!

Misplaced package, I ended up having to drive to Lewiston center to pick it up. Felt they should have delivered it as was their error in misplacing package.

Austin delivers to us on Idaho st. He is always friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful to us. He is the best delivery driver we have ever had. I cannot say enough about how great it is to have him delivering to us. He goes above and beyond everyday!
