However, so far service has been ok
We had to repeat a blood test before dental work which was odd
We will give new vets/service a chance
Dental went well
May give 5 stars in future

“I recently had to have my cat put to sleep because of illness. I took her to Orchards pet hospital. Everyone that I talked to and dealt with were compassionate and professional. They sent me a sympathy card with a hand written note. The staff all wrote a little note on the card. It meant a lot to receive a personal message from them. Cali was my buddy and it was heartbreaking to have to put her down, it meant a lot to get the care that they provided.”

“We were passing through Lewiston with our Jack Russel Terrorist “Rielly” and stopped in town for a few days. While our Rielly was 15 years old and in declining health we thought we could make it back to Phoenix AZ before we had to make a decision. Unfortunately we were wrong. Between Friday Night and Sunday afternoon he had 4 seizures and stopped eating. We called around to two or three vets and Southway was the only one who could fit us in. The young lady who check us in was compassionate beyond our expectations. She immediately put us in a private room and got all the preliminary paperwork done for us. She let us know a couple of time that the doctor knew we were there and was working diligently to get free. Dr. Ruff came in and took her time even though it was late in the day and they were extremely busy. She took her time, did not rush us, and made us feel as if Rielly was the only dog she was attending to. Afterwords, she lets us stay with Rielly as long as we wanted and gave us plenty of privacy. Southway Animal Clinic proved itself to be the most compassionate vet that we could expect. While we miss our Rielly, they made the entire experience a little bit more bearable. Thank you to all!”

“I took my dogs who are extremely high anxiety in to see them for options to help calm them down because I was loosing my mind. i expected them to put a muzzle on them or something because I wasn't sure my dogs wouldn't bite. The tech came out, got one dog at a time, and she was just amazing with them. No muzzle, she said that would actually make their anxiety worse. Once the exam was done, they explained exactly why my dogs were acting the way they were, which helped me more than anything, and they gave me medication for them and the whole experience was just so much better than I had hoped for. I will always take my animals there.”
