SUBLETT FUEL STOP is a unique 24-hour gas station that offers more than just fuel. Located in a remote area, it provides travelers with a fun and quirky experience. The station features friendly animals, including well-cared-for sheep and alpacas, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for families and kids. Visitors can feed the animals using a 25-cent pellet dispenser, adding a memorable touch to their stop. While the gas station has some drawbacks, such as not displaying prices and lacking a bathroom, it is still praised for its cleanliness and functioning pumps. The owner is noted for being friendly and humorous, contributing to the overall positive experience. Many customers appreciate the variety of travel treats, cold drinks, and souvenirs available inside, making it a charming pit stop. Despite some minor inconveniences, SUBLETT FUEL STOP is well-regarded as a fun place to take a break during a road trip, especially for those looking for a little laughter and unexpected surprises in the middle of nowhere.
No restrooms, no trash, cute animals. They do have snacks, though. Gas is overpriced. Couldn't rate a more solid 2/5 if I tried.
