“I have been banking at this branch for quite awhile now and I really cant say enough about how excellently I have been treated. I honestly look forward to coming here because I am ALWAYS treated with such amazing kindness and outstanding service. As I walk in the door someone always calls out my name and asks me how I am. They always treat me like a dear friend rather than just another customer they have to endure. I have never once had an accounting problem or anything like that, my account is managed flawlessly and I have absolute confidence that my money is safe and available whenever I need it. In particular, there are two individuals there that I want to single out for their amazing warmth and kindness, as well as their very high standards of EXCELLENT service, I truly count them both as friends. The first is Lori, she is one of the nicest persons I have ever met in my life, she is super friendly and personable and she really knows what she is doing, she always takes a moment to make sure that I'm receiving the highest level of service, and to chat and catch up on life in general. Then there is Sergio, this young man is a rare breed, he really stands out in every category. Whenever I come to the counter, or to his desk, he always conveys the undeniable impression that he is genuinely happy to see me and to handle whatever I am there for. He is also quite competent in all that he does and makes the sometimes complicated tasks of finance easy to navigate and understand. We are both "car guys" and we always take a moment to talk shop regarding our latest projects and acquisitions. He is just a very high caliber person all around I'm grateful to interact with him every time. What more can I say? 5 stars all around”
