This is a family business and I can highly recommend Steve Derricott here for high quality custom leather works. His wife Lori runs a very friendly customer service and handles shipping and invoicing for the company.
I have been contacting Steve and ordering here only by e-mail, and did not visit the place.
Paul Saffo inspired me to look for a leather slip-on cover for my journal with this company.
I use German Leuchtturm 1917 journals (best paper notebooks in the world), and Steve already custom-made me three English Kip leather covers for the different notebook sizes I use (with my initials embossed).
The leather works on all three covers were accurate, and the leather ages beautifully over time. It adds to the joy of occasionally using my quality pen and paper tools in my otherwise highly digital lifestyle.
