Great people to work with. I bought a truck that was very nice but ended up having an issue with it shortly after buying it. They found and fixed the problem not charging me anything! Awesome people who really care about your needs. Would buy from them again.

A single Mom in the early 1980s, I turned to Jim White of White Automotive in Payette, Idaho. He actually took the time to shop the auctions for the perfect vehicle for me. Talk about above and beyond. I soooooo appreciated them taking the time to help me out. Rarely find customer service like that anymore.........but it's out there ❤️

Sold us a vehicle that was in an accident, they did not disclose that it was in an accident. Found out later when I had replaced some steering components that the vehicle was hit hard enough to mess up the alignment of the frame. The alignment place said the no matter what they do the vehicle will always pull to the right due to the damage that was caused by an accident. Secondly the front differential went out on a 12 hr road trip, luckily we were able to find a used diff. The vehicle only had 75k miles, it was an 2002 but still the differential should last way longer than that. All this happened within 6 months of having the car. Anyways we sold the vehicle and bought a different car somewhere else. (Yes we disclosed all issues to the buyer.)

Omg Jim white is amazing ....we have purchased a few vehicles from Jim he is always very friendly and very helpful he goes out of his way to help. Remember this is a used car dealership but we have always have amazing experience with white auto.
