Recently took my truck in for some repairs and diagnostics, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! The team was professional, honest, and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. They replaced a severed ABS sensor, diagnosed a vacuum leak, and even waived the labor fee since they couldn’t reproduce the stalling issue I was experiencing. Their transparency and commitment to doing only what was necessary saved me a lot of money, and the final bill was much lower than I expected.
I especially appreciate their attention to detail, and the fact that evaluations were free made the whole experience stress-free. They explained everything clearly, giving me full control over what work I wanted done. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable, honest mechanics who genuinely care about their customers.
I’ll definitely be returning for any future maintenance needs! Thanks again for the great service, guys! :)

I noticed a leak under my pickup truck. I called Point S Bruneel and spoke to friendly and courteous Danya. They were booked solid, but she said bring it in and we’ll have a quick look.
Once arriving, Michael took my pickup in and looked underneath. He and David both assured me it wasn’t a serious problem and I could complete my driving plans for the day. I appreciate the fast diagnosis and kindness these two employees had.

Fabulous shop. Mark is up to any challenge, taking on some oversized split rim wheels and 41” military tires. His team is also great - good, honest folks who want to get the job done right!

We got a flat while on vacation and went into Bruneels because it was the first shop open. The guy was not a nice man. Once our truck was delivered, it took 3 hours for 1 tire repair. I understand shops may be understaffed or whatever but there was NO communication about how long it would be. So frustrating! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is twice now I've taken my truck in to get an alignment done and twice now they have came up with some excuse as to why they couldn't do it. It's plan lazy, I understand the first time my ball joints were shot so they didn't want to do it. So I fix that problem take it back up there and now it's my tie rod end is to loose. Like are you guys that lazy? I don't get how you get customers if you never want to work on anything. Lost my business for life and will tell everyone I know to never go there worthless
One day later edit to my post I went and checked my supposed "excessive play" in my tie rod and there was absolutely no play at all, which there shouldn't be considering they were brand new. Bruneel in McCall has wasted enough of my time and will never go back

The manager is a dishonest hack. not so sure about the employees? make sure you get an estimate in writing. I was given a price over the phone and so I made a reservation. I got there and the price had nearly doubled. no time to go anywhere else so I agreed to have the work done. When the work was done I picked it up and drive home. I realized later that the manager had lied on the invoice and wrote "Repair as needed". which wasn't out agreement. He swears that he used waterproof grease to do the job which a blue- green in color. If so, why is there black grease slung all over the wheel. They won't stand behind their work. The Corporate office won't return emails or return phone calls. Stay away!

My wife and I were camping and needed a bolt tightened on our hitch. Just one bolt. I offered to pay for their time, tip their employee, whatever they needed. It was checkout time at the campground and I just needed some quick help. I understand others had dropped their cars off but, this was just complete lack of customer service. I was directed to another shop down the road at the Chevron. They were 3 times as busy and fixed me up in 3 minutes. Sad day when customer service comes to that. Maybe you should be a shop in a far more remote area where people won't rely on a big brand name.

Best service in town! My car had multiple problems that other places failed to identify or recommended options that I couldn't afford at the time. When asked if they could check my brakes the other company told me ‘everything was fine’ despite me saying the steering wheel and car RATTLES when I’d hit my breaks. My car hasn’t tun this well in YEARS! Thank you and your team sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

Man, too good to be true. They fixed my flat super quick and I was so appreciative. The tech snapped off a bolt on the panel to get access to the frame. Found out when the panel flew off on the highway. Then when going to re attach it I noticed the bolt is snapped off. Not impressed. Thanks a lot John
