“I had trouble setting up a new line of Verizon service by phone. Verizon reps were helpful and knowledgeable but were unable to complete the activation. Verizon rep suggested going to Radio Shack for a new SIM card and activation. Thankfully Radio Shack had a SIM card, and with some help from a Verizon rep, we were able to activate the service. Thank God for Radio Shack and a big shout out to Jim the manager. Without them, McCall would be doomed.”
