The staff is super friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing great info and quick service. Skilled bike mechanics and ski tuning techs are available daily for complete repairs and routine tune-ups at very reasonable prices. The shop offers high-end, clean rentals, with particularly great prices for water rentals like kayaks and paddle boards. It is a fun vibe with cute shop dogs, often described as the absolute best in the area.
Just routine tune up. I ordered some replacement parts, but they decided they weren’t needed and didn’t charge me for them even though I offered to pay. My RadRunner continues to run great and functions as our second vehicle instead of a car.
