I had a home that I had to have an inspection done ASAP. Matt re arranged his schedule to accommodate us. His report came back quickly, was thorough, and explained in clear terms to my home buyers what we issues that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, and things to add to a “honey do” list.This helped my buyers decide how they wanted to proceed with the inspection contingency. I will absolutely use Matt again, and would highly recommend him.

Matt does an amazing job! He reviewed a house I had a few years ago and he did such a thorough job that I had him come and review my new house. His reports hit all the highlights of the house and he has an very keen eye for detail to make sure nothing is missed. I will definitely use him again!
