The lady could be a lot nicer. Other people are busy too.

The lady that answered the phone is very rude and she hung up on me when I was trying to get some information!

This place offers such a more personal and caring customer experience compared to the post office. I highly recommend getting a PO Box with McCall Mailboxes. They know each of their box holders by name and will care for your packages and treat you with kindness.
Also, Amazon returns only cost $1, other places often charge more.

A. There's additional fees to drop off a PREPAID package.
B. The elderly lady working the counter was one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of talking with.
C. Save yourself the trouble of her ruining your good day and take your business elsewhere. You can thank me later.

The elderly woman working today was quite rude! Didn't greet me, told me I did my amazon return wrong and wanted to charge me to drop off an Amazon return and when I said no she gave me more attitude because she had to back out of her computer. I would go elsewhere if you could help it.

I’ve never been one to go out of my way and write a review but I personally will be avoiding shipping here in the future if the older woman is working. When the son (younger male) is there, he is awesome and will get you in and out. The older female on the other hand is extremely rude, condescending, and snappy. I’ve been into the store 3 times in the past two weeks while she was working and the way she has treated not only me but every other customer that walks into the store is unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. I believe she is charging for services she should not be. She claims to be an authorized UPS shipper but then charges you for dropping off prepaid / pre labeled packages, as well as pre paid / pre labeled Amazon returns. If you even start to ask a question she loudly talks over you and becomes extremely combative. My most recent trip there I was shipping out a package that I was paying the shipping on, when I checked my bank statement a few days later there was a $3 difference between what my bank was showing she charged me vs the receipt she printed for me. $3 isn’t worth it for me to call and ask about because this lady is impossible to deal with but it is unfortunate to feel that a local business is possibly charging people for things they shouldn’t or possibly altering transactions after customers leave. I’ve had conversations with multiple others in the community who have had similar experiences with her and they also will not be shipping there any longer. If her Son wants to see this business be successful, he needs to get here out of that store ASAP because she is literally chasing people away.

The fact that they even have a delivery facility here shows UPS’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Package arrived earlier than expected as well!

RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!!!!!! The woman on the phone needs to learn customer service. She does not let the other person ask a question without her cutting you off!!! Hopefully with all the negative responses from others she will get fired and get a job without having to be around humans! She is a miserable human that should not be around others!!

Looking for notary public services, I stopped in to McCall Mailboxes, the UPS store. She is just in the process of getting licensed, but even though it was closing time, one minute passed, she helped me by telling me about other businesses that provide notary public services, and which one had parking, since I'm towing my little camper. She was very helpful, even though it was the very end of her day.

I don’t even know where to begin because from the owner to the staff I’ve never been treated like this before. The level at which these people don’t care is insane and they damaged my package, lost half my things and took absolutely no responsibility. I am a seasonal worker here in McCall we travel and live from our suitcases so half the times we have to ship things to make moving from different locations east on us… until this day i haven’t received a single callback, no compensation and the staff have been very rude and disrespectful to me every time I call and keeps telling me to leave a message which nobody has delivered or the owner just completely ignored.I’ve lost over $900 worth of items that just fell into thin air and all I’ve been told was that they’re not responsible. I wouldn’t go there … avoid at all cost because people don’t deserve to be treated like their business doesn’t matter just because they might be the only option for most people and will probably always be getting customers so who cares about having good customer service or supporting customers after an issueIf they had even tried to assist me in finding my lost items that would have been great but nothing was done, not even an attempt. The absolute worst experience with any UPS store I’ve been to before.I DONT RECOMMEND.

The previous owner may have been somewhat abrupt but they did offer full service shipping. The new owners don’t take QR codes, charge $1 to drop off pre-printed shipping label packages and have hours that seem to fluctuate based on the moon phases.

I wish there was a negative rating to be completely honest. I called this location for a general question and she completely cut me off before I could even ask my question and she said "I'm going to stop you there because you need to know we are a 3rd party affiliate not part of UPS dropping off packages" I responded with well I'm happy for you but that wasn't my question. I have NEVER talked to a "business" and been so rudely spoken to. This is absolutely unacceptable for a "business". Wow... just wow

These are some of the most incompetent and rude people I've ever come across in business. The latest was that they created a label for an Amazon return, then told me I needed it in a box (usually, returns don't need a box). I said I'd go get one and come back the next day. When back the next day with the box, they'd destroyed the label and we couldn't generate another one. After asking the owner if she could ask her employee to not throw away the label next time, she ranted at me and chewed me out and told me she never wants to see me again. She also said she's only there until April. Good riddance. I hope the new owners take customer service more seriously.
