Think it isn't possible to make a twenty minute task take 3 hours? Think again! We had an appointment at 12:30 for a specific purpose that she (the banker, whose name I'll leave out) knew about in advance because we had explained what we needed in detail the day before when we phoned to set up the appointment. Nevertheless she was running late and was completely unprepared for the meeting. Then the bank's computer system went down. We told her no problem, we'd go run errands. She said she'd call us when the system came back up. She didn't. We proactively stopped back in at 2:00. She said their system was back up but she wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back in 30 minutes. She had us sit down with her and wait while she typed and talked to herself and hummed loudly and out of tune with the country music on the sound system. She finally was ready at 3:00. But wait, she wasn't. She finally was ready at 3:15. But she couldn't provide us any confirmation of the changes to the accounts. So then, after another 15 minutes and a lot more out of tune humming she produced a letter of confirmation - printed upside down on the bank's letterhead. It was truly the perfect visual representation of the level of competence we were dealing with.

Deposited a lot of money in cash through the ATM and it never got deposited into my account… this was my first deposit with my US Bank card and probably my last!

US Bank has a lot of financial products to offer as well as competitive rates so they work well for me. Some of their fees seem a little steep compared to other banks. They are a large bank with a lot of locations so that is convenient!

I own multiple businesses in McCall. Been here 30 years and use every bank in McCall regularly except this one. Awful experience with US Bank. I bought a business in town and the seller went to the bank to transfer the accounts to me. Unsuccessful, she sent me to try to add my name to the existing company bank account. They told us they only open bank accounts for new businesses (new EINs) they cannot transfer existing accounts. They told me I needed to return with documentation from the Secretary of State even though I had the literal documentation in my hand and was trying to show them. They refused to look at the documents on the basis I wasn't the owner. I told them I guess I will just cancel the bank accounts later but they didn't understand I'm the owner? At any rate, zero customer service skills.

Never wnough tellers in the bank .. im switching banks.. had UsBank for over 13 years Not to mention one teller asked me a very personal and out of line quection. . Iv had enough
