US Bank has a lot of financial products to offer as well as competitive rates so they work well for me. Some of their fees seem a little steep compared to other banks. They are a large bank with a lot of locations so that is convenient!

I own multiple businesses in McCall. Been here 30 years and use every bank in McCall regularly except this one. Awful experience with US Bank. I bought a business in town and the seller went to the bank to transfer the accounts to me. Unsuccessful, she sent me to try to add my name to the existing company bank account. They told us they only open bank accounts for new businesses (new EINs) they cannot transfer existing accounts. They told me I needed to return with documentation from the Secretary of State even though I had the literal documentation in my hand and was trying to show them. They refused to look at the documents on the basis I wasn't the owner. I told them I guess I will just cancel the bank accounts later but they didn't understand I'm the owner? At any rate, zero customer service skills.

Staff not helpful at all. 2nd time ATM not working. They should really learn to put a sign on the ATM when they know it's not working. Instead they would rather make up some BS story about how it's the consumers fault. This exactly why I will never bank with US Bank. Credit Unions are so much better.

There are only 3 people left working in this branch. I feel bad for the tellers having to run this bank. Very unprofessional for this Corporation to let this branch down.

We've used US Bank at several branches throughout Idaho and Washington for over 25 years and in the last 5 years have been significantly unimpressed by the lack of customer service they show their customers. Yesterday provided a great example and confirmed our need to switch banks. We waited in line with our son to make a deposit and listened as the woman behind the counter was short with the person in front of us. We were greeted by an equal unfriendliness. As we got our turn in line we asked if the branch had a restroom for our 5 year old son to use and were greeted with a firm "no" with no further explanation. I can appreciate not having public restrooms for the passerbys, but not allowing a 5 year customer who clearly has to go to use the restroom is ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this bank for a variety of reasons, but this is the cherry on top.
