Caliber on Fairview expertly and efficiently repaired my bumper last fall after being clipped while driving. A few days ago someone backed into my parked car ( unattended) while shopping and did not leave a note or try to find me to claim responsibility. The bumper was scuffed with paint stripped to the metal in a couple small spots. My main concern was the panel under the passenger rear light that was dimpled and separated slightly from the seam; concerned that water might collect inside that area. I went down to Caliber yesterday to ask about this. The manager, Jason, looked over my car assuring me that water would not be a problem, but rusting could occur. I have factory spot paint for my car so he showed me how to apply it carefully to help in camouflaging the bumper and the edge of the dimpled panel. He applied 2 coats. Since I was there I asked if he could also look at a side strip that had been loose a long time thinking it might be an easy fix to slip in place. He drove the car into their shop where they inserted missing pins and adhesive tape to secure it. We all hope for service after the sale. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the concern and attention I received on an unrelated new matter as a matter of courtesy. I can only assume they value their customers along with a neighborly obligation to help. Appreciate it Jason. It’s nice to know all managers don’t just sit behind their desks and oversee. That some do have a very caring nature and not above or afraid to roll up their sleeves.
