Most of the time they do not have stock of perscription stating that there is a shortage. Yet other pharmacies have it. So i stopped going here.

In my 42 years on this planet I have never dealt with a more unprofessional pharmacy. We had to quit using them with my son due to numerous issues where they simply did not do their job, and had to have my Rx sent to them yesterday since it was the only pharmacy open in my area. First off the information St. Luke's had was incorrect and the pharmacy was not open. Secondly they lied to me today and told me that they had transferred my Rx to my pharmacy of choice when they had not. These blatant lies and unprofessional actions are the reason we stopped using them in the first place. Save yourselves some trouble and use any other pharmacy. Even if it's a two day drive through a treacherous mountain pass it will be more convenient than the pharmacy at Albertson's on Fairview and Meridian.

I haven’t been using this pharmacy for long, however, up until yesterday they were so much better than the one I used in Boise for nearly a decade. I believe a new pharmacist is who I unfortunately had to deal with. He has quite the attitude and is incredibly condescending-not to mention would not fill my prescription that I’ve been on for a decade and seemed to be discriminatory towards the actual substance. His reasoning was a “law” that I’ve never heard of, not to mention in the 10 years I’ve been on this have NEVER had this problem before. After I do finally get my prescription I doubt I’ll use this pharmacy for much longer, especially if I have to deal with this again. With these instances it’s certain that I’m not the only one being treated poorly, and it’s unfortunate that so many pharmacists behave this way.

Extremely inconsiderate and slow. If they give you a time frame to pickup your prescription, multiply it by about 6 and that's when they'll actually care to think about looking into it. You're better off giving them 24 hours before you head in to pick it up.

You will die of old age waiting for people who don’t care. I’m transferring my scripts to another pharmacy. They should have had my order ready when I arrived, told me 15 minutes, waited 30, before saying something. She had forgotten me. They are obviously overwhelmed, but it’s also obvious they don’t care.

I love this place and the selection of food they have. I'm also digging the wine/beer area and the food court. What I'm not digging is that girl at the bakery area yesterday grabbing my wifes cookies that she ordered with her bare f*cking hands. I would've caused a scene on the spot but I was shocked. Outside of that this place is great but beware of some of the hygiene practices at the food court.

I usually don't go thru Albertsons pharmacy I go to Walgreens but they were closed and my child needed medicine. I was in line like everyone else and was next in line and a lady came from shopping and they put her in front of me as my child was sick standing in line with me for 15 mins. This lady showed no symptoms of being sick so she couldn't wait 3 more mins while my child who was coughing could get his medication and we could get out of the store. My transaction took 2 mins she had groceries they rang up as well. I won't be using that pharmacy again. Not impressed.

Was the only one waiting for my prescription and it still took 25 minutes before it was ready. Maybe I'm thinking this job is simpler than it is, but when there's four people working behind the counter, there's absolutely no reason for someone to wait that long to be serviced.
