I shop here often. Great staff! I left my wallet behind yesterday and they had it locked in their safe waiting for me. Even had the cash in it! Thanks so much!!!

Super frustrating experience this evening. Weeks ago, we were told that the first Saturday of every month, there is a discount for veterans in store. So today, my boyfriend and I came in and confirmed with the employee that today is the discount day. We then got everything on our list... $200 worth of groceries... and we go up to the register, where the same employee THEN tells us that this store doesn't actually do a veteran discount. Beyond frustrating, and I feel like we were taken advantage of... employees shouldn't be telling veterans that they get a discount on a specific day if no discount exists.

I go here on a regular basis - genuinely never had a problem with anyone that works here, everyone is great to talk to & be greeted by! That’s not always true of stores. I’ve also never had a real issue with items being stocked (outside of the occasional pandemic ?). Everything is always clean & organized too.

We placed an online order after a friend posted the Albertson’s ad on her Facebook showing the deal on soda. It shows the buy 2 get 3 free and you can place one order for Pepsi, one for Coke and one for 7 Up. We placed our order without any troubles and got a call that we could only do one. I explained to the store rep the ad shows that’s per brand and he just got more rude. I posted my experience on the Facebook page and others posted they didn’t have this issue at all. This Albertson’s continues to get worse and this to-go representative was just rude. I would rather spend more money at Fred Myers and not have the rude people.

This particular Albertsons onlyThese days you have to check yourself out in self-check or wait in a long line for the only checker that might be open. So I choose to go through the self-check so I was scanning my items and then called over the associate that helps in that area. So I asked if she could help me with a heavy watermelon I could not lift from my cart for scanning and she said it's heavy for me too! Ugh.I am a senior with shoulder issues I wouldn't ask for help if I didn't need it.So I felt like it was a bother to help me.Poor customer service, Won't be returning to that store.

On 05.13.23 at approximately 1pm we visited this location for a few groceries including a Boston Cream Cake from the Bakery as well as a few other items. We opted to use self checkout and were having problems with a BOGO meat item ringing in correctly. An associate attempted to help with the issue but couldn’t . He told us that his “hands were tied” and that he “tried everything “ he knew how to take off the additional charge but “couldn’t help” us.We left without the meat we were trying to buy. It was either that or pay full price ??So we left with our cake. The next day was Mother’s Day. We served the Albertsons cake. The Albertsons cake was rotten. The custard had separated and turned to cottage cheese. So gross ? as well as embarrassing ? for serving our family and guests rotten cake.We called the store to voice our complaint. The store director didn’t seem too interested in our cake dilemma ?? he asked us to come in for a refund. Once we got there, the Store Director asked us what happened again. He must have forgotten our conversation earlier that same day ??Following, he said that they don’t even make their cakes in the store. They come in frozen so he has no idea how this happened.?Luckily I know what happened. We ordered the cake from the bakery case. Yes the cake came in frozen and was put in the cake case where it sat and thawed and then sat longer and rotted. Lord knows how long it sat in the case….2 weeks perhaps. Then it was sold to us. ????Don’t get me wrong, I love Albertsons. Shopping in most of their stores is an experience. Shopping in this specific Albertsons is a bad experience almost every time. ?Our family will never spend another dollar in this store. We’ll drive to another location even though it’s a bit further away.Do better Fairview Albertsons ?????

It's Albertsons. Most things are overpriced, the stock is still limited. But, it's convenient. I just wish my local store actually delivered.

Straight thieves. I try to avoid going here but it's close to home so it's convenient. For 4 little bags of groceries it costs me right under $120. From here on out I won't spend another cent there and if you don't like throwing your hard earned money down the drain I suggest you don't shop there either

It’s an Albertsons… they’re kind of all the same, but the fish smell was pretty overpowering when I shopped here last. It was too much for me. Bathroom is terrifying when the light shuts off on ya because it’s on a motion sensor and it’s pitch black in there. Bring your phone!

We rang up flowers and a 12 pack of 7-up last night. My husband said " this soda is ringing up for 9 dollars". I thought, surely this is an error and went to look for myself. Nope, not an error. If you don't want to buy 4, it is 9 dollars. We were willing to pay 33 dollars for an overpriced bag of tulips but we put our stuff back and left over the price gouging for soda.

This store is clean and offers a wider variety of certain items that I can only get here. The cashiers are friendly and helpful with coupons or if pricing varies from shelf to machine. I only have one complaint. They use an outside company for their pick up and go orders, and it is a PAIN to try and get things corrected after they ALWAYS get something wrong. I have used pick up and go 3 times, 3 times prices were over charged, or items substituted when I said no substitutions. My sister has used pick up and go 2 times, both times she was over charged and given a few for orders under $30, when her order was over $30. So just shop in store. In store = great, pick up and go = NO!

The pharmacy has five people working behind the counter and only one line open. Very slow and they don’t look like they want to help anyone.Go somewhere else if you want your medication in a decent time frame.

It's convenient and it's close by as my neighborhood store got to keep them involved you got to buy a little once in awhile from them no matter what to make sure they're always open that's why we always shop close by to
