I live closer to the Albertsons off meridian and think their customer service is amazing! Very friendly, always helpful but today I had to get off the exit tenmile so I stopped at the Albertsons off ten mile and cherry omw home. It's 8:50 PM sun Sept 29 and ANDREW was very rude. I had 3 coupons that were supposed to come off(I use the app) and 2 did but he wouldn't help with the other. Told me that he wasn't gonna help due to not being able to see the coupon since my phone died right at the cash register. I was shocked and explained I've never come into this problem it probably didnt get clicked due to my phone dying and I couldnt show him as my phone just died(but why would I lie if the other coupon i mentioned came off) just crazy. I will not come back to this store as he is very rude. He told me that the reason why the other store probably helps me is because they're probably one of the stores closing down. I hope that's not true and regardless he should be giving good vibes not f off vibes. Currently 7.5 months pregnant, next time I guess I'll drive out of my way to go to a different store that doesn't treat you like crap. Thanks Albertonson. I am one to come to your store every few days as I have 3 kids soon to be 4 under 5 and we go through things quickly. Can't get over how rude Andrew was. I should have just gone to self checkout. I usually enjoy the interaction with the clerk but I could've lived without the disrespect.

$2.19 for 1 can of del monte green beans. 14.5 oz. The VERY SAME ITEM, size and all at Walmart? $1.25! Albertsons your prices are THE REASON consumers take their $$$$ somewhere else! Even Costco has them at $1 a can. $1201 for 12 cans at 14.5 oz! You SUCK Albertsons!

I honestly don’t know why people shop at Albertsons. Their prices are way too high and their selection sucks. They don’t even screen for quality. They have in-house “butchers” and then they charge you insane prices for untrimmed meat. They don’t care about the customer, they just care about the money. Bunch of money hungry bastards.

This is the 2nd time I went to the deli and the older lady working was rude and acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. The first time I figured maybe she was just having a bad day, but then it happened again today. I asked for 8 pieces of chicken and she acted like I asked her to do this huge thing. She was slamming the deli case doors shut and yelling for the other guy working in the deli to come back. She was flinging the chicken around in the deli case. Every customer she helped she seemed upset that she had to help them. I am a store manager myself and this is not the customer service I would want in my store.

I got dropped off by my husband who was staying with my little kids and the boy that was pulling in carts for this Albertsons starting yelling that it wasn’t a parking spot. My husband was not parking but allowing the pedestrians that were coming out of the store to cross. That was very disrespectful of him to yell and lose his cool for absolutely no reason. Will not be coming to this Albertsons again.

Yet again. Did everything I was supposed to do for online order pick up. Confirm items. Notify when I'm on my way, put in when I'm arriving, put in the parking spot.... No order comes out. So I call. No answer. Twice. Then, as I e now walked into the store to get help while my third call is ringing, finally someone picks up. This has happened at multiple stores and multiple times at the same stores. This is ridiculous.
