This store is great, but the pharmacy staff has the customer service skills of Neanderthals. They can’t have a basic discussion, they’re rude when you try to provide basic information. It’s obvious now why most of the older pharmacy staff retired - working with these newer employees must be torture. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all!

Very disappointed with the meat department there was no one there at first and we someone showed up the didn't acknowledge the three people waiting for a few minutes. Then I went over to the produce while they were stocking and they made me feel like I was in the way while I tried to grab things I won't go back to this one.

Great store in South Meridian. Clean, friendly, with a good selection. The prices are laughably high, but there is something to be said about convenience.

Great Albertsons, Josh behind the butcher counter is the best. Super nice and really helpful. Always my go-to guy for meats.

I really like this Albertsons. The meat department especially. They have some of the nicest staff. My main issue are the cashiers up front. I haven't met one that really seems to care to be there. On my last visit I bought some meat packs that had a manager special 50% off sticker which my cashier failed to scan correctly. I had to point out that he missed it and he just seemed annoyed at me. I also purchased 2 store brand cold medicines because it was buy one get one half off. My cashier told me he couldn't ring them up in one transaction. I didnt argue with him, I completed both transactions, went to double check I read it correctly and then headed to customer service. They were very helpful and refunded me but it took extra time I didn't really have. I'm not sure how you could fix the cashiers being friendly or more helpful, but it seems to happen more often than not.

What can I say but its Albertsons. Stores are pretty clean and shelves are nicely stocked. Unless you're shopping their ad, sales or Meat &Seafood then its best to hit winco. You'll save a lot of money.

We just had an incredible experience! The butcher was what I think it might have been like back in the 50s & 60s when you'd visit the meat department and you're met with kindness, knowledge and authentic interactions. He showed my kids a giant prawn and explained all the parts. We were talking about what we learned in the car! This young man, Josh, reminded me of Americana. We'll be back to learn more! Thanks for reminding us that we can bring that zeal for our work and it's ability to have a very positive impact and in a very short time.
Btw super side note: we cooked the orange roughy in the cast iron skillet with the zucchini...it was fire!! Even my kids ate it and it was probably because they enjoyed the experience of buying the fish! Seriously tho
