We went to Ashley's today. Our helper was Chuck. He was amazing. Gave us alot of wisdom and knowledge not just on furniture but on credit. If anyone goes to Ashley's to purchase some furniture definitely ask for Chuck.

Ian at the meridian store was awesome!Unfortunately both of the peirs were broken when I opened the box. Working with the store to get a remedy, I highly recommend you have the warehouse open the boxes even if they are in good condition. (See attached photos).

Chuck at the Meridian location was incredibly helpful, kind, and excited that we came into the store to look for our new bedroom set. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and the price was less than what we had budgeted for. Great value at Ashley Furniture, go to the Meridian location they are so nice.

Very quick and easy process. Steve was patient and was willing to answer all of my questions. We came in with a set idea of what we wanted however he highlighted many different options that fell within our budget. We left with something better than our original plan! Highly recommend!Thanks Steve!

Steve and Dani were absolutely amazing! The customer service, knowledge, and compassion are unmatched. I went into the store NOT excited for the amount of $ I was about to spend and they made the experience so much better than I could have ever expected and left with more than what my goals were! Went to the Ashley Store to purchase a couch. Their website is promoting 60 months deferred interest. I picked out a couch and the sale rep assisting me had to check with her manager regarding the offer. The manager Carlos said I don’t need 60 months to pay off a couch, and was unwilling to honor the promotion. False advertising and bait and switch tactics. This store will be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Jimmie is the best salesman I have ever worked with! He was very informative, and made me feel comfortable while I was saying no to certain pieces and upgrades. Hands down recommend him!! The manager Dani was also amazing to work with! She was funny, kind, and made the purchasing process light hearted and fun! I would come back to Ashley Meridian just for these two!!

3 years ago, we spent a great deal of money on a leather recliner and sofa set, both with power reclining, and got the expensive warranty plan to cover themWithin only 2 years, the 'leather started peeling on both pieces, showing they were either bonded (fake/low quality) or cheaply coated. Not covered by warranty.The frame also broke on the recliner despite only regular use and being well within weight limits. The break made it impossible to recline and uncomfortable to sit in the chair. We filed a claim with the warranty, which required jumping through a lot of hoops and sending photos. 6 weeks later, someone showed up, glanced at it, took more of the same photos, and said they would order parts and then someone would come to install them to fix the chair. This being at the tail end of the pandemic, we were told this could take a while.It's been 10 months. To the best of my knowledge, no parts were ever actually ordered.Now the sofa is broken as well, with no way to fix iit as the claim was denied.NEVER buy furniture from Ashley! It is overpriced, low quality furniture and their extended warranty is a scam! Save yourselves!

Manager was well informed and extremely helpful in purchasing new bed and mattress. Walter was polite and efficient in paperwork for the sales. I would recommend anyone seeking out a great bed to visit Ashley furniture. Elegant furniture for great prices.

Kayla was helpful and knowledgeable while I was looking for a new dining room table. Ron was so courteous and quickly completed the paperwork when I returned to make the purchase. I will definitely come back to this Ashley store for future furniture needs.

As soon as we walked in, to look for a new sofa, Steve greeted us with a big smile, and was friendly and professional during our entire shopping trip. He was very respectful towards our needs, and was zero pressure to look at and buy something that we were not interested in. 10/10 amazing experience. This was our first time shopping at Ashley Furniture. And we will be back!

Plan on putting EVERTHING TOGETHER YOURSELF! We were told we would have to put the top on the dining table but that it was "super easy"and shipped that way. Told our salesperson that we were shopping there because we hate putting stuff together. Turns out everything we bought had to be assembled. Took hours to unpack it and assemble a recliner, dining table and chairs. We would never have shopped at Ashley had we known this. Do yourself a favor and shop at a real furniture store or if you don't mind building it yourself just shop off Amazon. Ashley offered to deliver our purchase for $90. We chose to pick it up at the warehouse and were told we had to sign a receipt stating nothing was broken. It is literally impossible to do that when it's all in a box unassembled. What a complete joke!!

We worked with Steve and he was really nice. He conversed with us on similar interests and felt like we were talking to an old friend. Conversations were not forced either ! He didn’t pressure us into what we were looking at and anything showing less than price he didn’t try swaying us towards more expensive. We thought about the couches we wanted over lunch and came back and bought it. The process was very smooth, we always have a great experience here!
